I ordered online from Sbarro’s and my friend went to pick it up. When she got there, the manager said they didn’t have anything in the order and that they were unable to refund the order and I would need to follow the instructions on the email to get a refund. The instructions on the refund are to call the Sbarro’s you placed the order at and they wouldn’t answer the phone after multiple attempts.

Every time I have been to Sbarro recently it has been a negative experience. Today the cashier Erica was very rude and didn’t even want to listen to my order. It wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why she had to be so rude and I still said thank you as I was leaving for her to ignore me with attitude. Even the girl working the pizza area asked her what was wrong. I know they get stressed out but there is no reason to have an attitude.

I was trying to place a phone order to pick up after work. The phone was busy for over an hour. I went to the mall to place the order in person, I asked about the phone. The cashier said it had been taken off the hook. It was going to over an hour to get my order, so I ended up choosing another place to purchase dinner. It is a shame because my husband loves Sbarro. My work place would order all of the time if they had better service.

I wish I could share a negative 5 for the attitude of the front cashier alone. Every time I’ve been here she is absolutely the rudest human being I’ve ever met. Management needs to address this issue seriously.

This place needs management. Showed up a few minutes after opening time and they still aren’t open and they informed me it will be another 15-20 minutes until opening . They’re just standing around hanging out when they should have opened 10 minutes prior. Nothing is ready and prepared to be open at the time it’s supposed to be opened.

Absolutely horrible. Cleanliness is non existent and employee attitude is pathetic at best. Ordered a slice, pizza was picked up with tongs and was used to open the oven, the pizza was all over the handle of the oven. Told them never mind and they just took it out and put it back in the tray. Disguisting.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY. We ordered thru Uber eats and tracked the order as it was received, prepared, cooked, and “wrapped up.” We waited over a hour as 3 drivers tried to pick it up and then canceled for another driver to pick it up. And then 2 hours after placing the order, we find out from Uber eats that the order was canceled because the merchant was closed!!!!! Per the hours, on the google information, the store is open until 9pm. Whoever runs the store or owns this franchise should be embarrassed and ashamed! I never leave reviews, but I’m beyond upset! Don’t bother trying to eat here because it’s pathetic!

I want to start by saying that the pizza has always been good, but the staff is something that needs to be adjusted. I showed up to pick an Uber eats order and the cashier seemed very upset in my presence, since it stopped her from texting. She continued to look at us as she texted and even rolled her eyes when she had to come to the counter. One of the items that I was supposed to pick up wasn’t available because she said they were going to close soon, even though it was 710 pm and all the other food establishments we’re open and all the pizzas we’re still on the display rack. After asking for a drink on the order, she got even more of an attitude demanding it wasn’t on the order even after showing her it was on the ticket. This female should not be working there as she clearly does not like her job or customers.

Customer service is trash. Visited on 1/1/22; they were rude and condescending. I wanted a whole pizza for the family, however since they shut the oven off at 3:30 pm, at least 2 hours prior to closing, they wanted me to buy 8 pieces for a total of $40 vs $16.00 for the whole pizza. When I asked could he mix up the slices since he didn’t have a whole pizza and refused to put one in the oven, he got rude and aggressive and stated the only way I was getting a whole pizza is to buy 8 slices and pay $5.00 each. Of course I left, and will never come back. This was coming from a Manager. Very poor customer service.
