My wife has fantastic sushi every time and I love the Pad Thai. It is consistent and fresh. Our service is always fantastic. Pan Asia is one of our favorite places to have a nice meal.

We typically order from here at my work all of the time, and today was the worst food I have ever eaten. First, the egg rolls were full of grease. My egg roll was sour, like something in it was bad. Also, the tofu in the hot and sour soup tasted spoiled as well. Very disappointed and we order from there very often. After all of that I was afraid to even eat my sushi.

Just had lunch here and ordered the Chicken Lo Mein with hot and sour soup. The chicken lo mein was extremely salty and the hot and sour soup tasted like it sitting around for a while. My wife’s beef and broccoli was overly salty tasting as well and her wonton soup wasn’t very good. We most likely will not be returning to eat here again. Also the men’s bathroom smelled like moth balls.

We pulled into a poorly kept parking lot which should have been a signal to leave. Although inside, it was clean, the decor was mismatched. The menu looked appetizing, some higher prices, some lower. The wait staff, barely able to understand English, where in a hurry; too much of a hurry. They took our drink order, but could not describe what was in it. We ordered our meal, which was complete with soup and desert. The soup came to the table in a hurry. It was as expected, nothing special. About 3 bites into our soup, the meal came. I told the server it was too soon, but he didn’t understand. We were unhappy, but decided to deal. My wife took a bite of the most salty philly roll she has ever had. When trying to tell the manager, they looked at us as with blank stares. As they were replacing the sushi, she ate a piece of soggy general tso’s. We then decided to pay for the drink and soup and leave. The manager was mumbling angrily in his native tongue, undoubtedly at us. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE WHEN TRYING TO DECIDE WHERE TO DINE!!

Horrible manager or owner. He was a grumpy ars. I didn’t even tell him that the food was salty and tasted pre-cooked. Tasted old. The food came so quick I couldn’t start the soup before the salt encrusted meal came. I simply told him I didn’t get a cookie and he started yappin in Mandarin to himself. Obviously he is tired of people complaining.

Realy Hated it! This is right word for this Restaurant. Went there on Mothers day. Ruined my evening and spent lot of money for evening full of Drama. First the couple sitting near us ordered Sushi and the customer could see that the waitress Did NOT washed her hands before or after handling the Fish. So he cancelled the order and made a new order.

I’ve updated my review after picking up food here two additional times. Most recently, and my last, visit was quite disappointing. I placed an order online for Garlic Brocolli, with a note to also include onions and mushrooms for substituition (in a text box that specifically labelled “no additional charges would be added”). So the order went thru, and confirmed 9.10, in the restaurant the lady decided to charge me 10.70, which i debated and she disregarded.. okay so whatever, I take out the food, to find that I was given brocolli, carrots, and mushrooms which didn’t even fill the container. For a 10.70 lunch, i feel absolutely scammed.. because it was 1. wrong, 2. surprise charged, 3. under portioned. I won’t be back, there are better chinese places nearby.

Just ordered a vegetable fried rice, shrimp lo Mein, 2 spring rolls, I live right outside of their delivery area in west mifflin, and i tell you what, I was on the fence about ordering from this place due to all the bad recent reviews, But I’m so glad I did, they make solid fried rice and lo mein and I can say 100% without a doubt this is the best Chinese delivery in south hills, they even still use white rice instead of the yellow long grain 9/10 places use because yellow is cheaper, the shrimp in the lo Mein was definitely not imported, farm raised domestic, no fishy/antibiotic smell …they use a wide array of vegetables in the fried rice …it took them less than 30 minutes to cook and deliver my food while being outside of their delivery area … 5 stars !! It’s between this place and rose tea cafe in shadyside as my 2 favorite Chinese places in all of Pittsburgh .

You either love it or hate it. That seems to the consensus about this place. Food is good, but I’ll agree with other reviewers about the language barriers. To their defense, even though they made a mistake with my order, they apologized and immediately corrected it.
