arrived at 9pm for a quick dinner for 1, expecting to be served by a place that advertises as closing at 930. Quickly bell was rang, person with mouth full of food came out to tell me that kitchen closes at 9. This should be reflected in restaurant advertising. I like to try sushi around town and was hoping to try this one since I was in the area. Do not come after 9pm

Ordered the Happy Family to go, so I cannot comment much about their sushi or the restaurant. The Happy Family stir fry had a whole lobster tail, chicken, beef, shrimp, and a good mix of fresh vegetables. It was cooked in a brown sauce and I had them added some chili sauce to spice it up. The dish had a pretty good taste to it. In general, I think their entrees are overpriced.

I got takeout and got items off the a la carte menu. Which was the unagi, and yellow tail Hamachi. I also got the salmon Maki roll. Everything was very fresh, no fishy smell or taste whatsoever. The fish/eel was was tender. For what I got price wise it was not bad at all($23.50) the takeout order was packed very well, no spillage or anything. I would love to come back and eat inside the resturant as I enjoyed the food very much.

The food here is amazing! Always super fresh and made to order. Love their lunch bento boxes, selection of ramyune, and beer. Service is very professional and polite. Not to mention the sushi chefs!
