I have been delivering for doordash, Grubhub and Uber eats since July 2020. This is by far the rudest bunch I have ever come across. Terrible attitudes . They completely ignore you and go ballistic when you ask about how long it will be before the order is ready. I refuse to ever step inside that establishment including the liquor store as well because of the woman that works there.

I ordered some yams and Mac and cheese. Also a egg, sausage, and cheese breakfast sandwich. I forgot to ask them to put butter and jelly. It cool, maybe next time. Yummy, yummy. It was truly delicious up to the last nite. First time here, be back soon.

I am a frequent consumer here. I eat here at least one/twice a month. Lately with the overwhelming support from the community, the customer service has decreased tremendously. Terrible attitudes, orders wrong and without convenient solutions for the customer. If you got my order wrong why would I have to wait until the next day for you to correct it? I ordered my food because I’m hungry TODAY! And if you’re going to implement a no refund policy please be sure your staff is competent enough to take/fill orders correctly and NO the employee being pregnant is not an excuse. Hell, we all have kids. This will definitely be my last visit unfortunately.

I’ve eaten here twice in the last two weeks. The liver and onions wasn’t too great and the mac and cheese was really hard the first time i got it. The second time i ordered fried chicken it was dry and the mac had no taste. Only thing i liked was the candied yams. Cornbread also is super dry and tasteless

My son ordered a pork chop dinner for me on Mother’s Day, NEVER AGAIN. Chops were overcooked that means they were dry. Mac and cheese was awful. The macaroni was cooked with no salt so the dish was bland and I have no idea what were in the sweet potatoes tasted like orange sauce. I’ve been cooking soul food for over 40 years these people need to go back to school. Learn to taste your food before serving it. I won’t be back.

Delivery drivers beware. I witnessed a driver being screamed and cussed at for calmly inquiring about her customer’s order after waiting for over 30 minutes. The store employee was dealing with a personal crisis, but there is no excuse for behaving so rudely to another person. Either put someone else at the counter, or don’t work in the service industry, if you’re incapable of dealing with people during times of crisis. We delivery drivers are providing you a service, that we don’t have to. We are doing our jobs, and we don’t have time to wait for the funeral to be over for you to do yours. So if you can’t be respectful, then stop wasting our time. Your behavior was unacceptable, and I won’t be accepting any more orders from here. It’s not worth it.
