I was at the Mall walking by and decided to take a look. Their menu is great. They have foods and choices I remember from my old neighborhood. Definitely will come back.

I have eaten here plenty of times then I found hair in my food. They didn’t seem to concerned or believed me. I won’t spend my money here again.

The owner gave a child the wrong order, once he realized it he started screaming at the young child asking for the food back! He was verbally abusing the child for his own mistake. Avoid this place at all times worst customer service

An Italian beef combo by itself is $8.79. A small fry is $2.79 and a large drink is $2.95. This brings it to a total of $14.53 before tax. The same size fries and drink are included in a combo meal. But the price of a combo meal is $16.59 before taxes. So if ordering, just order sides separate. The fries are not even good.

Horrible customer service. Arrogant, obnoxious and condescending sons of the mother so rude and disrespectful to her and the customers. This place is to the dogs and actually been ran by greedy, privileged and entitled dogs that have come to the US and become successful over the yrs as a result of us their customers. The service and blatant disrespect to the mother is literally insane and inhumane demonstrating lack of humility and appreciation. Portion sizes of samples LITERALLY with off the Richter prices averaging $25 plus. NEVER EVER AGAIN and been a customer since a kid (over 30 yrs) while watching the service and quality go downhill over the past 5 yrs or more….AVOID at all cost as their food handling is often stated to be unsanitary as well. Phones and money should not be in the vicinity of meal prepping.

its an overprived mall food court joint – $19.03 for a gyro meal after tax, which is really just a handful of fries, a large soda, and a gyro without enough tzatziki sauce

This rating would’ve been great if they would treat customers with respect & not based on $ signs. I order a cheese burger and asked the cashier what kinds of cheeses other than American do they put on burgers. Her response was swiss, and provolone. The chef said all we have is American cheese for the other cheeses are to expensive for burgers. I said that’s not what the cashier said. And regardless, of how much cheese cost if that’s what the customer asks you should provide. No visible signs indicating or specifying that. I have never heard of such a thing a day in my entire life. So be prepared to spend a lot of money to get provalonge. I declined to order after that statement. He also lied talking about you asked what kinds of cheese we have when I specified for cheese burgers as if I’m deaf. He said the cashier didn’t hear clearly due to the noise. Cooks needs training on customer service.

Does not know how to treat customers. The owner’s behavior is so atrocious even to children at this establishment, I hope he neither has any nor even a goldfish.

I ordered an Italian beef. The girl at the register asked if I would like to make it a meal…. I said sure. Total 17.91!!! I said wow that is overpriced. I let it go. Hoping it would be worth it. Upon receiving my beef…. I realized there is nothing inside it besides the meat… no cheese, peppers. Etc. They only carry Pepsi products so I got a raspberry iced tea. They hardly put any ice. My drink was warm the fries were steak fries (chunky) Nothing great about them. You have to add your own salt which I don’t mind. I went to ask for peppers to make the beef better they lady tired to charge me $1 for a small side of peppers. But ended up giving them for free. I mean, after spending that much. It’s the least I could expect.

After having the Italian beefs here, I could never go anywhere else. I was told by the owner that the beef was homemade. They cover their slab of beef in Italian spices, oven roasted for about 5 hours, and then pulled out to be cut into thin slices with a deli cutter. He even showed me when he had a beef cooking in their oven; it smelled so good! The prices are not what they used to be, but so worth it. My sister has been eating their chicken gyros for some time, which are also tasty when paired with their honey mustard sauce. And the hotwings!! So good!!
