Nice place to have lunch. Everything seems fresh and delicious. The bread for the sandwich was excellent. Coffee was fresh and hot and just right. The dining room is nice and clean with comfortable chairs.

This isn’t against the employers at this location.. it’s directed at whatever joke owns it. You can’t run a business and constantly have your machines down or broken and expect to make money. And not only that but your neglect puts your employees is positions where they constantly have to dissapoint their customers. Your selfishness is not fair to your employees or your customers. Maybe you should try putting a little more investment into your location and putting your employees first.

love the bagels, sometimes they barely put cream cheese on it though. this is one example. opened it when i got home. if it was free it would be different but it’s $1 for cream cheese and this is what i got.

Wrnt there today all I order was the bacon egg and cheese omelet bits with a small ice capp. Received the veggie bits. Can’t stand veggies in my eggs called them to let them know I wanted a replacement and it could not be today and was greeted on the phone by the rudest person. When I told her the problem she said OK. What do you want? A Refund? I said no I just want a replacement omelet bite and she told me to bring the veggie ones back or she couldn’t replace them. I don’t know what part of I can’t come back today she didn’t get but very poor customer service don’t go there if you expect to get what you pay for

1-19-22 I come in in the mornings Not sure about what it’s like in the afternoons but at this time not only is this the most clean and well taken care of restaurant not just fast food but restaurant I have ever been in, but the people are mind-blowing how kind and motivated they all are. I’ve been in here every morning just about and every day the food is fresh, The people have a smile on their face and help each other. They are amazing people here. Everything is super clean even the bathrooms. I’ve never been in a restaurant that was so well kept and the people were so kind and happy to be there. I would give this Tim Hortons a higher score if I could. This crew definitely deserves a raise or they should buy their own and keep their crew because they would be so successful.

I would not recommend anyone ever eat or set foot in this place. I visited their drive thru on November 23rd and received half the food I ordered. Items were missing and the coffees were small instead of large. I tried reaching out to the store as well as customer service a total of 9 times. They said oh well, we’re going to keep your money anyways. They took my money and did not give me my order. I think there is a word for that. Awful place to eat.
