First time and I have to say it was good. The chicken wings were very crispy and seasoned well. I give the chicken 5 stars and the waffles 4stars. I think the waffles was like eating buttered cake. I’m not sure about the prices..was it worth $10 for the 3 pieces of chicken? If it was a full chicken wing and waffle? Yes. Will I got back? yessss

This place has a lot of growing to do. The staff are very nice, but they are just not good at timing. We ordered online and quoted 20-25 minutes. 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up our food was finally ready. When we got home I was disheartened to see that the mozzarella sticks (a large is 5-6 sticks) had no cheese in them(pictured are 3 different sticks). This was a bad experience and needs significant improvement. 2 stars because the sandwiches the 2 times I have been have been fantastic.

Ordered online through Clover during business hours an hour before closing, fiancé went to pick up and you were closed. Week and a half of calling with no answer and checking DoorDash which said temporarily closed. Things happen and hopefully y’all are okay but if you’re away you should make sure ALL forms of online ordering are closed.

Spicy Mac everyone words of the day. I wanted to enjoy this food before the review but I didn’t want to forget so here it is lol. Great clean place and great customer service. They had a long line out the door but I’m glad I got my food and it was fresh to order. I will spread the word there is a new sheriff in town and it’s a Rooster’s.

We ordered a six piece wings and a twelve piece wings with blue cheese dipping sauce for takeout. We received all ranch sauces, and the chicken was inedible! Partially burned and the seasoning was unlike what we have had in the past. We are incredibly disappointed.

First time ordering from here today and it is very very good! I ordered a kid’s meal with a waffle and a side of waffle fries. The fries are cooked well and well seasoned. The waffle is the best I’ve had from a chicken and waffle place in CT. The nuggets are the shining star though! Perfectly cooked and juicy. Roosters will be my go to chicken place from now on.

Very clean and friendly service. My first time in and I tried the garlic parm wings. It was excellent. I asked if they cooked fries to order and she said yes. So I got an order. I hate cold soggies fries. I did get hot fries but it was double fried so it was very greasy and too crunchy as you can see from picture. An advise to keep your customers happy. People don’t mind waiting for fresh products. I would give you a try again when I am in the area. Please do not double fried fries. We can tell.
