Half my delivery order was missing. I called & they said they would send it out. I was 1/2 way finished with my sub & asked for a credit instead. I was told I had to speak to a manager. I finished my sub waiting on-hold for the manager. He told me they could deliver the rest to me but couldn’t give me a refund for the missing items. I was going to bed because it was late and didn’t want another delivery. He said that’s all they could do. I said if you can’t give me a credit then you’ve lost a customer that orders from you 1 or 2 times a week. He said ok. He didn’t say I’m sorry, or we’ll fix this. Just ok (meaning we don’t need you as a customer). So even though I’ve been a Jimmy John’s customer for 15 years, I’m now done with Jimmy John’s per their wishes.

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my one sub. Called the store nobody apologized or offered compensation/coupon for the extremely long wait for a single order. The guy who answered brushed it off with “yeah yeah the driver should be there soon”. Drink was warm and the ice was completely gone. The cup was soggy and leaking.. not sure how thats possible but it happened. Sub was warm and soggy. Definitely not worth the $16 for the garbage I got. Think twice before ordering from here.

It’s so frustrating when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, you order food, excited to eat, it finally comes, and it’s wrong. No time to get it fixed or get something else. So now I’m forced to eat this dry sandwich with only tomatoes on it. Thanks JJ. Will be ordering Jersey Mike’s from now on. The delivery driver was great tho.

I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns a number of times and they have gotten my order wrong. I have ordered through the JJ app where it clearly states my order and how I would like it and it is still wrong. I have called the restaurant to let them know my order was wrong and the customer service was not great. Plus when you order from the app for this location the app never notifies you when your food is delivered so it can be sitting outside for a while. I would recommend Jersey Mike’s or Subway over this Jimmy Johns.

I used to order from here 3 times a week. Stopped because the service was so bad. Took about 9 months off from ordering but had my old delivery driver stop by (he’s awesome and I usually got decent service if he was working) and say it was under new ownership and things were better now. Got a 50% off a sandwich email so i broke down and reluctantly ordered today. At this point the discount wouldn’t apply so I had to pay full price, my order is a hour old, lunch still isn’t here. Called the store and was told it’s provable not coming for at least another 30 min because they only have 2 drivers and got slammed, also told there was nothing they could do to apply or refund the discount. Clearly things are not better under the new ownership!!!

I love Jimmy John’s but this place is far from “freaky fast”. They almost always forget something if I order more than sandwiches. My last delivery took an hour and a half to arrive and when I called after an hour to see if something was wrong, the girl answered the phone with peels of laughter and a hello…I shouldn’t have to ask if I’ve called a place of business or not. I understand places get busy but thats excessive…I didn’t even bother calling for a refund on the items that were wrong or undelivered.

Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered here for delivery and made specific instructions on where to put the order I paid for. The delivery guy called and told me my order was here. I hung up and within seconds I went into the room where they supposedly put it and it was not there! I called the delivery driver and he said he’d talk with his manger. An hour went by and I heard nothing. I called and the manager picked up. I told her that the food was not there. I don’t know if the driver couldn’t find the area to put it or if someone stole it. The manager sounded like a young college girl and she was extremely rude when I told her about the situation. She said it wasn’t their responsibility. Actually that’s not how it works. It is the job of a restaurant to get you the food that you have paid for. I spent $20 only to receive nothing and they didn’t even care. Any other business would have either given you a refund or would have given you a new order. Totally unacceptable.
