The restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly and the food was hot. My uncle and I ate the buffet where he is a vegetarian and was amazed at the food he ate, and I also myself enjoyed a nice bacon and cheese pizza with extra sauce. That was freshly made for me for the buffet. The cashier was very kind and had asked both of us if there was a specific kind of pizza we would like to have made fresh and I requested the bacon pizza and my uncle requested a garden vegetarian pizza and when they were done being made the very nice employee brought me out a few slices on a plate and said that my bacon pizza was ready and the vegetarian will be up shortly. I unfortunately did not get her name, but it was at about 1:30 on 7/07/23, and I believe she may have been a lead or manager. She was very kind and I was thankful and said thank you very much that was very kind of her. My uncle enjoyed it so much that he was telling the girls that him and I would be there more often. Great food, open parking and plenty of seating it also has a nice game room for any age. Definitely large enough for large parties

We arrived & ordering went well. They were out hard seltzer drinks. The wine individual bottles were on counter warm. We got semi chilled glass to pour it into-was beer style glass-not wine glass. Most of the tables in dining room were dirty! When employees brought our order to table he passed our table to answer question of table next to us and dropped our pizza! He left us with chicken & mojos and apologized. I ordered a ice cream sundae and received a brownie sundae. The brownie was hard! We did not play any games. Overall could have been a better experience

Always great food. Everything came out fresh and the chicken was delicious as always. The unlimited salad bar could add meat to their selections of salad toppings, and they’re very pricey but worth it.

Not impressed. No pizza at buffet when we came and the arcade had a quarter of the games broken The toy area cheats the kids of their points when choosing toys. Then they try to say the amounts posted on toy don’t match the system and they can’t fix it. . So when a kid thinks he’s only using 10 points, they are charging 100 points. The shift leader took care of the issue and it worked out but I can’t imagine how many kids they cheated out of their points already. This is an owner issue and, a business that’s so sneaky as to cheat kids over penny toys must not practice much honesty with other consumer items and what they put into their business .

My first time here, I give it star only because the chicken was good I recommend the papa’s moyo were dry they were potatoe chips. The service is quite slow, perhaps they are under staff. The pizza is pretty pricey. The arcade area is a mess no supervision no staff making sure the un supervised kids respect rules and keep them from jumping on the games. I know it’s the parents fault but there needs to be some one holding order, I had to be protecting my kid so he wouldn’t be trampled by kids running around they were literally on top of the games wrecking them. When it came to exchanging the tickets for prices was another problem I asked the person at the front if they “can please”send someone they said” yes, of course” waited 30 minutes went again waited another 30 minutes it was ridiculous no one showed up.If you want to enjoy a good time with your kids stay away from this location. Like I said maybe they are under staffed but the customer doesn’t have to pay the consequences.
