The 4 for service isn’t their fault. They seem to have an order-at-the-kiosk policy. That’s fine. The order was done in 4 mins. Restaurant is quite clean. Bathroom not bad at all but soap was at the end of its rope. Seeing how they dress the tables I am sure they sorted that out. Nice young lady to greet , nice older fellow served me my order by name. A different Taco Bell experience but very positive.

Our experience at this Taco Bell location was extremely pleasant. Everything was exactly as it should be from the restaurant being extremely clean, ( including the restrooms ) to the staff being friendly and happy to help to the food being hot and delicious and exactly as ordered. 5 stars for these wonderful people who take pride in making our dining experience a good experience. We were traveling through the area. Placed one order through kiosk, one in-person. The kiosk order was filled in timely fashion, food as expected. The in-person order was simply not being filled. There were multiple kiosk orders made after, which were filled. When we went to the counter to ask about it, the cashier had no explanations as to why we didn’t have it yet. Finally, she comes over with the order.. It’s not the right one. It belonged to someone else. Finally, after about 40+ minutes, a manager person came out to try to fix it, as the cashier just stood there. Finally got the order, but instead of hard tacos, it had soft tacos. The manager ended up fixing the order and giving money back, but it is so frustrating that it costs us nearly an hour in travel time for no reason. Poor customer service or poor training, to say the least.

I’m giving a decent rating for the food but recently I stopped at this location and ordered a Diet Pepsi with my meal, as I have gestational diabetes. I was most definitely given a regular soda and didn’t realize it until it was too late and ended up being sick most of the day. Mixing up a drink may not seem too serious but for someone with a more severe case of diabetes it could have been way worse. And I’m pretty positive that the two young girls at the window on the evening of 6/24/23, copied down my debit card information. At the time I didn’t think anything of it until I got home and mentioned their behavior to my fiancé. The girl taking my order in the drive thru seemed very pleasant and when I got to the window I was greeted very kindly and immediately got complimented on my appearance. I handed the young girl with facial piercings my card and she hands it to the girl beside her. She continues to go on about my hair color and told me that strawberry blonde is the rarest hair color then asked me if I knew that already. She asked me if I wanted any sauce. She continues to ask me how my day was and she stared at me the entire time and only occasionally glancing at the other girl next to her who had my debit card, and almost seemed nervous. The girl who had my card this entire time finally hands me my card back and tells me she liked my car. She then brings me my food and told me to have an amazing night but seemed like she was trying to hurry me along even though they weren’t busy. They could have just been being overly friendly and trying to make small talk but the whole situation seemed off. I locked my card as soon as I got home after realizing their behavior was a little suspicious and actually realizing how long they had my card out of my sight. I don’t understand why my card had to be handed off to another person to be swiped/inserted. While all this is going on someone that I was not able to see asked what they were doing and the girls response was “would you stop, we’re just complimenting people”. I now think they were being questioned about my card but I can’t be sure. I debated on sharing this since I locked my card before they had a chance to make any transactions but I rather give a warning so others can be on the look out while dining at this location than have this happen to many more people.

I had an unusually good experience at this Taco Bell. I use the customize my meal option. And I was able to make a custom like crunch wrap and the staff did an amazing job making this custom crunchwrap and taco. Honestly it was the best fast food meal I’ve ever had.

It’s taco bell. If you enjoy taco bell this is a good one. It’s kind of a pain getting in and out from main street. I take the side street (wade Ave to left on Ligon Mill) around to the light at main street in order to turn left on Main Street .
