Had to call my order in as online wasn’t working. Lady on the other end of the phone followed the script beautifully. $40 for wings and cheese pizza, plus delivery. Bonus pizza was on the burnt side. Delivery guy was cool.

Any high volume pizza joint is going to have an issue here or there. 10 years living here and this particular branch has always taken care of me. Prompt and respectful staff, clean establishment, and they truly go above and beyond. I had a minor issue with my order, and on top of everything else the manager did in response, what really stuck with me after thanking them for remaking the pie, was him saying “thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.” The effort these guys put in is not something you see everywhere. 10/10 for customer service.

Did not pay attention to order, was out of a lot of things. Both orders of breadsticks were burned and gross, one of the pizzas had a dough bubble that took up 1/4 of the pizza and there was no butter and parm on the crust. Lady running the register was the only good thing about this visit.

Pizza Hut in Durango won’t give me the franchisees number and won’t pay me anyone have any advice on how to go about this report them?? They took me off schedule after askin a really personally question and I don’t answer how he wanted to GM then said I quit when I didn’t they asked me to leave my shirts so I wouldn’t lose them due to walking and not haveing transportation any help be great thanks

I ordered carryout from the app. Two large thin crust 3 topping pizzas. The first one was pepperoni, pork sausage, and bacon. The second was pepperoni, ham, and bacon. They were both delicious! Just the right amount of every ingredient. My order was fresh and ready right on time.

Every member of the Pizza Hut team, from the cooks and order fulfillers to the delivery people and cashiers, were giving 100% when I picked up my order. I have never seen a team work harder to take care of customers and deliver a restaurant’s products. I will return for the people, and the great food. I do need to be more patient, however, as waiting in a line behind people placing orders was unexpected after ordering online. At least the food was ready when I finally got up to the cashier. I need to cut people a break in this demanding, fast food world. I apologize for my lack of patience with a system set up to accommodate the many people who come to Pizza Hut on a Friday night, not just give ready orders to ones placed online. Some of us are too spoiled. Thank you, Pizza Hut Durango!

I ordered online and it was supposed to be delivered in 20-30 minutes. The pizza arrived late and cold after more than an hour and part of the order (cheese sticks and extra dips for which I paid extra money) was missing. When I called customer service, the manager kept me on hold for a very long time (40 minutes) and gave me the attitude that he is short staffed with no apology for the missing portion. He reluctantly agreed to a refund which he never gave.
