Honestly a lot of times they claim to have no driver. Its been times when I’ve asked them to cut it in half or something simple and it doesn’t get done. I always pay extra for avocado spread but rarely do I ever get it. There’s been times when I ordered something for lunch but it took longer because they got a big order and driver took it first. I remember I went in once to pick up my food and no one was inside but two workers making sandwiches and they didnt look up or acknowledge me. The male was also walking around to get what was needed then went in the back while female employee continued on sandwiches. She only acknowledged me because I cleared my throat before she went in back.

I arrived at quarter to one in the afternoon with a very light crowd within the restaurant. It was not busy. My order was taken quickly and the sandwich was prepared faster then any other sub shop I have been to. The food was delicious and prepared accurately. The meats and the bread were fresh. The staff was friendly as well. I would have given four stars but the staff was standing around talking and taking selfies. There was some trash on the floor and dirty tabletops from previous patrons. The staff could have been cleaning instead of talking to earn better service recognition.

Ordered lunch, waited an hour. Called store after it said delivered on tracker but no food delivered. They offered to remake and gave some excuse about the printer not printing orders. Said it would be a while to deliver. 5 days to get money back. RIDICULOUS!! Asked for name of person I spoke with to assure refund was given if not received. They refused to tell me who they were. Poor service! AVOID!

I ordered two sandwiches for my lunch break. I scheduled for it to arrive at 12-12:15 and placed my order at 11:22. It is now 1:02 and after calling the store (that’s 12 minutes away) I was told the drivers GPS said 40 minutes and he took 7 other orders. This is absolutely ridiculous. I placed it for a specific time to arrive and missed my lunch.

This is by far the best Jimmy Johns I’ve had, up and down, the East Coast. Their customer service is stellar – they always know my sandwich and sometimes if I’m stuck on a work call or with my dog in the car, they will see me pull up and bring out my sandwich if they aren’t busy. Visiting this store has become part of my weekly routine – thanks to everyone at this location who make my visits pleasant! 🙂

Ok, so when you’re on a diet and can’t eat anything everywhere you go, it’s good to know that Jimmy Johns makes alllll their sandwiches as a lettuce wrap! Maybe I’m late to the party, but I had no idea and was just hoping to grab something low carb or a sandwich without the bread. The girl at the counter was super sweet and helpful and told me they can do anything in a lettuce wrap, woot! If you’re a keto dieter, the Slim #6 add Bacon in a lettuce wrap is EPIC.

I asked for a piece of the JJ wrapping paper to be placed between the bread and the meat and although they had been done before they said they couldn’t do it anymore. It would have taken 2 seconds. We were traveling and I didn’t want the sandwich to get soggy. It’s okay, there are a lot of sub shops in Charlotte.

Jimmy John’s has good food and friendly staff. They pride themselves on being “freaky fast”, and they are – but that’s not always a good thing when you need to ask them to make certain changes to your sandwich. There have been several occasions where the sandwich was wrapped and ready to go *before* I had finished ordering it. Again, great in most circumstances, but, not everyone wants the same sandwich. That’s really the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Everything else is great.
