I LOVE the Taco Bell on Partridge way. It always appears clean, the employees are nice, and they actually give you a LOT of meat, unlike the Taco Bells on Knoxville and Sterling. I drive ALL THE WAY across town( Past the Taco Bell on Knoxville and Sterling to get to the Taco Bell on Partridge Way, and the food is worth the drive!)

I typically don’t bother with reviews of fast food but avoid this Taco Bell like the plague unless you have an hour to kill. Of the 4 employees one went on break, one stood around shuffling about as slow as possible, one was sweeping a clean floor with the speed of a sloth who had decided to take it’s time and only one on line. I ordered a burrito and I was waiting over 20 minutes. When asked if someone could assist the woman on line who was filling every order herself the other employee said “she said she didn’t want help”. Another gentleman asked for a refund and the employee sweeping decided to assist him but could not figure it out. As I waited for my refund My food finally came. Long story short the employees were unmotivated, uncaring, inadequately trained, had no common sense. Food was fresh at least

Not a bad one though theres is plenty out there that are. This location is set nicely in the north area of the city and a good stop on the way home whenever I dont want to cook dinner after a long day. The staff is pleasant and veey friendly and theu never seem to be out of anything everytime I order unlike the food joints near them. I feel the look of the dinning room could be improved it doesnt feel all too inviting and the lighting is low at later times in the evening. Over all its taco bell. The food doesnt set this one apart from the others but the staff definitely makes it worth going back to.

Asked for fresh Chalupa, got a dull chalupa with low amounts of ingredients inside. It varies per each Taco Bell I go to, but this one was mediocre. There was no one in the front to take order, and the guy on the head set saw me and made eye contact many times, but he was too busy talking with the line cook to welcome or take my order. Kinda disappointing.

I asked for a cheesy bean and rice burrito and was given a beef burrito. I haven’t eaten meat in over a decade, and eating meat has a severe impact on my health and wellness. In my past, I’ve worked the drive-thru at several locations (which consistently saw high-traffic and while also juggling other jobs and classes), so I completely understand how mistakes like this can be made if you’re doing your job carelessly. For future reference, asking a simple clarifying question like “did you say bean or beef” when a customer is ordering vegetarian items from your menu will ensure that you are fulfilling the order correctly and doing your job properly for the customers and company you work for. It’s much better to get the correct order from a rude employee than thank an employee who smiles at them only to find out that they did not receive what they ordered. Drive-thrus exist for convenience, and when people have to work harder than the employee to place their order or pull over in the parking lot to make sure they received what they ordered, and then go back in and wait for it to be remade when they haven’t…. well, it just seems pretty useless.
