I just left, 6:12pm on Friday July 7th. I was pulled to wait for a box plus a 10 pc which was fine, but when they brought it out there were things missing. I went in and the manager was rude. He didn’t apologize for the mistake, he snapped at me and practically threw the missing food at me. I worked at McDonald’s for 5 years so I know how things are. And yes maybe it’s busy and hectic but that’s NO excuse for being rude when you made a mistake in the first place. Completely unacceptable behavior, from a manager no less.

Drive Thru order, around 1pm. Drive thru attendant very difficult to hear (windy day), but more than that, the attendant was very impatient. It sounded like she was upset with us for taking a few minutes to decide what we wanted. We took more time than usual because it was difficult to hear her answers to our questions.

Service normally good. No ice inside, and no lids. Went up to get lids and didn’t have to say any thing he just handed me lids. Ordered table servise and had to go get myself. So they knew they were out just to lazy to do their job.

Update: changed it to 1 star when I realized that I ordered chicken from here 5 years ago and noted they must be resetting their chicken timers at that time. The chicken then was also so dried out it was hard like jerky. I guess they never learn, and apparently neither had I because I ordered the same gross food twice. I’ve learned my lesson now though, maybe they will as well. I’m not going to be the one to find out. Good luck everyone, but I’d stay away from their heatlamp driedout chicken.
