We wanted to try this place. Very disappointing. The Stromboli looked like a Calzone. Was MORE bread than filling and was VERY salty. Eggplant Parmesan was below average and also VERY salty. The marinara sauce had an overwhelming garlic taste. Garlic bread saturated with butter and hard. Paid nearly $40.00. We will not return.

My wife and I just moved to Piney Flats and decided to try Primo’s. Being that it is only 4 miles away we figured that they would deliver. After calling they quoted my wife a 40 dollar delivery fee. 40 dollars to bring food 4 miles they must be in-fricking-sane. I do not knot know what their food taste like and I NEVER EVER will because I will not try to order from them again.

Our first time dining here. Excellent service and food. We were dining with some friends and had pizza, wings, salad, egg plant parmigiana. Definitely going back. Talked to the owner and he is really nice guy.

The food was excellent minus the chips this time .. we did carry out, and though the place was not busy, there was a wait, but my food was still very hot upon leaving. The lady running the register was also waitressing (hence the wait) she was very apologetic to her customers who were polite back to her minus one guy who was heckling her from his seat. She stayed professional, and she stated she was still new to running the cash register, so she was getting upset that she felt she wasn’t doing a good enough job. She even tried to give back part of a tip to 2 female customers who paid cash because they had to wait on drinks and because the heckler was harassing them too. 2 male customers who were dining in final got the heckler to stop, and all was quiet when I left. Whoever you are, waitress/hostess, great job. This 5-star review is for you. Thank you for keeping it professional.

Worst place to ever eat. They’ll ever go there. The food is horrible and flavorless. Their pizza tastes like cardboard. I also ordered a calzone and all they had was mozzarella inside. I could barely chew it and almost choked on it. It was absolutely disgusting and overpriced. Staff is friendly but they do not know how to cook. I repeat do not go to this restaurant. They are horrible

Do not order online. I ordered and have my receipt but did not get what I asked for. When I called the lady was extremely rude and argued with me about it. The food was not fresh, calzone wasn’t cut, sub bun was hard and no cheese. Had this happen once before here but wanted to give it another try, big mistake. Manager needs to also learn how to speak to customers on the phone. Poor service, poor food.

Ordered a cheese calzone without the ricotta that’s listed on the menu , was told it doesn’t come with ricotta cheese then they brought me a stromboli and not a calzone. Seems very short staffed and unorganized.
