As Much As I Would Love To Go Here On My Lunch Break At 11:30am I Always Find The Store Locked. They Have A Sign With The Time They Open But They Never Open The Doors On Time. Last Time I Went 11:10am And Doors Were Locked And No One Around. They Should Remove The Sign Showing What Time They Open If They Are Not Going To Open At That Time!

The food here is not that good! I have had way better Sushi at Whole Foods! The tempura was also just okay. I think they are only in business because there is no where else to go in that area. Dont waste your time and money. If you want real Sushi, go to a better town like Scarsdale.

I would like to start by saying that I don’t typically take the time to make complaints like this and I used to be in the industry so I give the benefit of the doubt, but everything about this experience was negative…. My husband and I went in around 7pm on a Friday night and it was empty and freezing cold; we didn’t even take our jackets off. While we never even received waters, the server took a long time with menus and then hurried us to place an order quickly after receiving the menu. The wine also tasted off. I ordered a classic shrimp tempura roll and a lobster and shrimp roll served tempura style. It was not crunchy as you would expect…. it was definitely not cooked properly and 4 hours later I got food poisoning and was sick for 2 hours. I only make this complaint so that others do not suffer! Proceed with caution.

I couldn’t make it to my favorite sushi place so I decided to try this place in Ossining. Never again , we never had a good service , that lady that took the order just want to get ride of us asap, the soup was horrible , shrimp was not fresh . And the rolls were ok and for that reason I’m giving them two stars . We were starving , I have never complained of paying my bill but this time I was not happy about it . I hope they improve service and the freshness on the food.

I seriously hope this place never closes because it is SO GOOD. Just go for the food. It’s not some new age chic place or anything glamorous and the staff just diligently do their jobs, no extremely outgoing customer service really just routine as normal. But the food is always so so good. Bonus points because they deliver and are 5 minutes away from me.

Items were missing and I had to pick up, defeating the purpose of delivery. However, the bigger issue was the chicken fried rice, which had raw chicken. When I brought this up to the restaurant, instead of apologizing, they just said “everybody loves our chicken”. Are you kidding me?! Awful experience and never again!
