30 minute wait in the drive-thru for an order that was already cold and incorrect. I was 2nd in line and after 30 minutes there were 8 cars sitting and waiting for food. The guy came out with bags of food and was going car to car trying to figure out if the orders were right and who they belonged to. I really wish the owner cared about his store, because there are plenty of people who would give him money if he just spent time training his staff. Truly unfortunate.

This place is terrible. The owner of this place deserves it to go under. This isn’t the management, or the employees. They’re performing to their owners extremely, terribly, low bar. Owning and allowing this Taco Bell to run at this subpar level gives every Taco Bell a bad name. Do us all a favor, SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO CARES….

I ordered quite a bit of food for 5 people and for myself I ordered 2 bean burritos with no onions they were absolutely disgusting the beans were so thick and dry like they were really old they put no red sauce on them plus there were onions on it. A Mexican pizza ordered wasn’t cut and they placed it upright on it’s side in the bag so you can imagine what condition it was in the nacho bell grande was in a tiny container with a blob of the nasty dried beans in the center and only maybe 1 teaspoon of taco meat on it the tomatoes were white they weren’t ripe at all I will never go back there again the price for the food was high as you can imagine but the quality was disgusting

It was an interesting they seemed very unstaffed. Not to mention they seemed to be running out of food. They told me that they were closing early. I was in drive through car behind me was honking their horn nonstop. They had run out of a few things. I did get enough to make me happy but I’m certain the nut with the horn wasn’t.

The first thing i ordered was a Pepsi. They didn’t have any hooked up to the fountains, so that was a big NO. After 25 minutes waiting in the parking lot, I left without my 2 items, one being a plain taco. That should take about 30 seconds to make. You would have to try really hard not to make a plain taco in 25 min. After seeing an employee take out the trash and touch the dumpster, I couldn’t help but assume he was too lazy to change his plastic gloves. Decided it was better to leave without putting anything from that place in my body. I look at it like I paid 12 dollars not to get food poisoning.

I didn’t even order anything, the person who’s supposed to take lobby orders was in back washing dishes. Every order on the screen was red, and I didn’t feel like waiting for a single person to make the food for 4 people.

Took my order 10 times still messed up. Asked for Pepsi, got Cherry Pepsi so I asked if they could correct it and they said they only have cherry Pepsi. This should have been said when I ordered.

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to, the inside is never open, the order is always wrong and the food is never warm and this is based off of numerous stops over the past couple of years. I always try to give another chance but get disappointed every time and this is going into it knowing that this is just a Taco Bell.

Friendly service, but they missed part of our order. I should’ve checked the bag more closely before I left the drive thru, but upon arriving home noticed items were missing and the quesadillas were made with chipotle sauce (not bad, just a surprising taste). Probably won’t be back.
