It was ok. Typical cheap Mexican food. Portions were nice though and the beans were good. Ingredients could have been better and onions and peppers could have been grilled longer to have some flavor in them (they were a bit raw). Staff was friendly though.

We were here on Sunday 07-16-23 around 9pm, very disappointed in the food. The meat from the tacos had no flavor at all and the texture of the meat was pre-made reheated. It was bad. The red sauce was gross. I was disappointed specially because the person who took our order was very friendly and super nice. Sorry but not stopping again.

Would give a zero if I could, by far worst taco I’ve ever had. Was so crunchy I could have cut my mouth or broken a tooth and the taco that cost me 4$ was no bigger than a 50 cent taco from jack in the box. Honestly idk if I could put 0 stars. The 1 stars means I hated it! Overpriced for how messy and dry the food was! I am so disappointed in how they handled my order. I am all about supporting small businesses but literally we had a HUGE order and every single meat was dry. We got chicken, pastor, steak and every single one..DISAPPOINTED! They were all DRY. How unfortunate! Then I called and they gave me the option to remake or get a refund. So I drove back to give them all the foods back (this is completely unsanitary btw) and they nit picked at everything. They wouldn’t even give me a full refund cuz my one burrito was half eaten?! No it definitely wasn’t. I drove twice to this establishment and they dis not even say sorry or concerned or anything. They just said the meat was made today. Okay..and?? That doesnt negate that they were all dry! Honestly, I NEVER complain here before. I have been here numerous times too. It just goes to show you that you never know how good a business is until you see how they handle complaints/concerns or if something bad happens. Customer service is super important! This was a horrible experience and I will never recommend Rivas!

Not sure how an 8 dollar combo ends up getting charged at 13.80 in the drive through while asking for a tip. Maybe update your signage if that’s the problem but this place is way over priced. The steak fries might be worth 8 bucks but not 14. None of this is particularly good food and it’s several dollars more expensive than anywhere else. Give it a pass

The food was delicious even compared to big Mexican restaurants! Carnitas tacos were great, you get a lot of food for your money. The tables and floors could have been cleaned off is the only down side. Definitely will be going back!
