Happy Place is truly a happy place — these girls are hilarious. The definition of Chinese takeout. There should be a happy place in every city. We got the orange chicken & off menu garlic salt and pepper orange chicken — FIRE. You’ll thank me later. Everything was good — all for $20?!!!! We got crab rangoons and a drink and two lunch specials! It tastes better than it looks!

I ordered the sesame ribs dinner combo and the Salt and Pepper chicken (way overpriced), the ribs were all bones , and the chicken was dry. I will never go back there. I should have stuck with my regular Chinese food places in Oak Park Fortune or New Station on Broadway !

This is probably my favorite Chinese takeout place that’s near me. Affordable, fast, great every time; we’ve tried combo plates for lunch and dinner, and then got a bunch a la carte dishes when we had company. Leftovers were still crunchy the next day. Overall, awesome!

Great Chinese takeout. General tso chicken and walnut shrimp was both really good. The dinner combo comes with an egg roll each order and you can substitute the cream cheese fried dumpling(?) for an additional eggroll. Comes with fried rice and chow mien.
