Awful experience, multiple times. Staff are less than helpful and the food tastes horrible, as if it’s old or expired. Bathrooms have a key lock and so it is really awkward to go to the bathroom there, I hate lettuce and asked for no lettuce for my mobile order they put it on there anyway. The Moe’s just east of here on the other side of hurt park is 10x better, please go to that one instead!

If you want Moes, go to the one by the science building. I went here to get lunch and it was really gross to be honest. The restaurant didn’t look clean; the food looked like it had been sitting out for too long (brown and limp produce). They also have super small portions of everything. When I asked for a drink, the coke machine was broken so they charged $3 for bottled drinks.

The service was the worse I ever experienced and I mean just vulgar no acknowledgement when you enter the establishment I said thank you multiple times and no response just get your food pay and leave is how it felt didn’t feel like I was spending money felt more like a free service

Do not recommend this location. Ordered through the app and picked up a burrito, chips and salsa on my lunchbreak. The burrito tasted weird, can’t put my finger on why it was so bad… but it definitely wasn’t good. The salsa smelled and tasted odd as well. Inside didn’t seem very clean either. I would find another location or somewhere else to eat lunch.

I don’t often write negative reviews. I came in at 6:00 PM on 9/16 and received truly poor service, low quality food, and the staff was complaining about people coming in close to closing time. Based off my experience, I’d say avoid at all costs.

This is a great location. Lunch hour can be absolutely crazy, but they work through it like a well-oiled machine. They’re usually very friendly, as well. Even the employees who couldn’t be described as friendly aren’t rude or anything – they’re just straight to business. Very dependable spot to get a quick lunch to bring back to the office. You can eat there, too, but the dining area isn’t particularly pleasant.
