no because why when i ordered my protein the guy on the line looks me dead in the eyes and asked “it’s this one right” i corrected him and he thanks me, i get people are new but don’t ask the customer for help and don’t thank them?? also the bowls were not sealed at all, they kept sliding off and the bag broke as soon as i came inside the house i’m not lying this is how my bowl came out looking

My experience in this location has been always bad but today was worst. I always find food quality in this location disappointing. I usually get pinto beans in my order but they looked like they have bee. Sitting there for days. When I told this to the person behind the counter, she told me “she don’t know! She didn’t make it”. I asked to speak the manager n she told me that she had gone for the day. I find her extremely rude and when I asked for guac on the side, she rolled her eyes! The food looked disgusting! N she was scrapping the bottom of the trey to give me fajitas. I don’t know how can they pass the food inspection here!

I usually don’t give reviews to places but this location needs a miracle to provide quality food worth consuming. I have gone to this chipotle multiple times during slow times, rushes, evenings, even afternoon shifts because potentially the service that day was terrible due to certain staff and other issues but each time I have had terrible experiences. For some reason, no matter when I go, the employees look miserable and appear like husks! To me, my ability to be friendly and welcoming at my job is required because that’s how you get more customers! additionally to the unfriendliness of the staff…Their ability to serve you is non-existent and they are unable to give you a proper portion of meat and other sides. Why do I watch them neglect or fill my bowl even half way up? For some reason the employees enjoy you not being fed? I don’t understand if they are saving the food for themselves when they go on lunch. I would hope after HUNDREDS of 1 star reviews, management would take notice and handle their employees personally and send them all to different locations or go through more training. They need to rework the entire system and establishment if they want to have a glimpse of a successful future and hire new people entirely!

I ordered online for pickup. When I got there the order was ready that is about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience there. No one helped me find my order I had to search through about 15 bags waiting to be picked up. Drived home and opened my food which looked like someone ate half . The 2 bowls I ordered were not even half full where you could see the bottom of the bowl. Food had no taste and was ice cold. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle, I will not be ordering from this location again. If you place an order here I hope you are not that hungry because you are about to recieve a kids menu portion! The pictures show how the bowls looked when opened.

The food is delicious, the service is great and the atmosphere is very laid-back and comfortable. Recommend going in to make your order rather than ordering online though. You receive more food for your money that way. In past pick-up orders, I was extremely disappointed with the food amount being provided since it was very minimal compared to them making it in front of you and the burritos or bowls being stuffed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed this order 3 hours in advanced for my husband. As you can see by the order, my husband ordered double chicken white rice and cheese (not hard to make) my husband opened to find 1/4 of the portion (see picture). Large chips ??? 10 chips constitutes large chips are you kidding. I opened my bowl. I can’t eat rice or beans because I have no colon and can kill me. It clearly states guacamole, fajitas vegetables, steak, tomato, cheese and lettuce (not hard to make). I can’t eat mine either. I contacted the store supervisor, Carlos who stated they don’t deliver despite the app starting delivery vs pickup. I’m disabled and my husband has worked since 5:30 am. The entire order for 53.80 is garbage. The supervisor, Carlos told me I could only get a refund by going back to the store????? skip Chipotle and go to Qdoba or Moe’s Southwest.

It is 2 hours before closing (9pm and they close at 11pm) I’m informed that they are “out of” Steak, Guacamole, and other key items. On top of that, staff members are feverishly trying to clean up the seating area and close it down. Excuse me? 2 hours, we’re not talking 30 minutes or 15 minutes. It’s just absurd and every time I come to this location I’m wondering who is running this chipotle.. a clean house of management might be needed.

This is the worst Chipotle location that I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to me. The orders are frequently wrong (missing items), cold, are small portions (sometimes one meal is half the amount when compared to the other similar meals in the order), or mislabeled. The portions are consistent at other Chipotle locations, but the Lindenhurst one doesn’t follow the same standards. Do not waste your time here. Either go to another Chipotle or order from a different restaurant entirely.

Unless you go to the store in person, prepare to have your order destroyed. I ordered twice tonight; once through door dash and the second direct on chipotles website. Both orders came incorrect. How do you mess up two orders and send them the same way each time? My wife is pregnant and we have Covid so we can’t go to the store. This service is completely unacceptable. Then when Door dash shows up with the delivery they say it’s the stores fault; which I do agree. Why is this Lindenhurst Chipotle so terrible with delivery orders? There is one guy in there that is amazing but that is when you go their to wait on line. I’m am truly disappointed in this stores performance.
