Their red sauce is much to be desired. I would volunteer how to teach them to make a better sauce! Also, the crust used on the Stromboli is not correct. It needs to be more like a pizza fritta dough. It would improve the Stromboli immensely. The meatballs are not made well either. They need to improve on their ingredients. Again, love to teach them how to make good meatballs. If they improve in these areas, they could be a 5 star restaurant!

I ordered a tomato pie. FYI this isn’t a tomato pie. Tomato pie has thick crust and chunky delicious tomatoes which this isn’t. It was a pizza no cheese with soggy crust. Ps it cost me 18$. Maurizios needs to try harder. Pic and disappointment included
