Fantastic customer service and quality ingredients. Had a wonderful experience. They know how to treat their customers and are so kind. We felt like family. The margaritas are fantastic as they make their own mixer. Highly recommended. Open till 9pm. Left full and happy!

Only Mexican restaurant on the East side of the park. The food was EXPENSIVE! Everything is an up charge, chips and salsa were stale and cost $9 extra. Drinks were $9-$16 and tasted meh, huckleberry margarita was a joke; sweet n sour mix with a splash of huckleberry juice. I was told I couldn’t have jalapeños for my nachos because they didn’t have jalapeños. When I asked what’s in they’re “jalapeño margarita” they said it was Serrano peppers. ♂️

Food was okay and service was okay. The food is pricy and the waitress did not know how to answer our questions about the menu. They only came around 2 times, in the hour we were there, to refill drinks. There was no kid menu available. The food that I ordered was the grilled chicken thighs under the grill plates.

We ordered Enchiladas and some Burritos on 24th of July around 8.20pm. We got sat at patio and blonde guy waiter came and he asked if we choose to sit in patio or not. We felt unwelcomed, but that’s fine. On top of that I asked my Enchiladas to have chicken thighs instead of Carne adovado. The chicken thighs are all over the menu but they declined to put chicken instead of adavado. That’s okay, that’s not the worst part. I got my Carne adovado Enchiladas but it was extremely greasy and I informed the server about. He literally ignored it. He looked at our face and literally stayed silent. They charged us for absolutely horrible food, didn’t remake, didn’t try to make it better, nothing. I could only eat the rice, anything else was bad.

We were immediately seated and the service great. The food was unique but really good. The tacos were on the spicy side which we liked however, it may be too much for those that prefer mild food. The hours & the menu are very limited but, in my opinion, it’s better to do a few dishes well rather than offering lots of options that are not very good. The bathrooms were modern & well kept. We would stop there again.

Got the chicken taco! DO NOT RECOMMEND. chicken was dry, shell was dry, tasteless, so sad! Serranos was my fav place to eat I will not be coming back! Staff is super friendly and the margaritas are good!

If I could describe Serranos in one word it would be fantastic! The service is great, the food is amazing, and the location just adds to the charm. Serranos does have a unique twist on Mexican food, and they absolutely succeed at what they want to do. The food was just wonderful. The first night I had the burrito with chicken and my goodness was it big. My wife had the vegetable enchilada, and she really liked it. The margarita, we had the house margarita, was extremely good too. I’m not a tequila person, and they had the right amount in it. The second night we had the Pasillas and it was incredible. It was spicy enough for those who like spice. The huckleberry margarita was wonderful too.

What a great little Hidden gem just off the Main Road you kinda have to watch for it once you find it it’s a beauty. Great drinks great food super happy we know this spot is here now. Would totally recommend hitting them up for a sit down or for a quick taco on the go. Thanks Team.
