Exceptional on every single level! The quality of each ingredient is a 5/5 and the pride that the staff takes in playing every dish is that of a Michelin Star restaurant. Having traveled around the world and dining at some of the best restaurants, I can confidently say this is top 10 in the country. We’ve been in some of the finest dining spots in the US from Gramercy Tavern NYC to Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford, and this place shows up!

Had a great meal here last night! Came for a drink and ended up staying for the prix fixe. Thank you to Steven “forty” at the bar for great recs and service! And to the manager for sending me a pistachio ice cream at the end of my meal, it was excellent!

The duck tasted like raw fish and was inedible. The lamb was good but a small portion. The desserts were spicy and just gross tasting. $400 per couple was very expensive for leaving hungry. It was our second time there and will be our last. The table next to us got a nice looking steak for an extra $165. Huge disappointment. Too many other good places for less money. Also parking is hit or miss. I wouldn’t recommend this place for food.

Michelin caliber experience at the Heirloom Kitchen located within the intimate St. Laurent Hotel – Asbury Park, NJ. Heavenly experience from the onset. My high regards to the ownership, chef, staff, Willow and Josh for a precious memory celebrating my daughter’s birthday.

Expensive Disappoint. Ambitious cuisine but unrealized. Service friendly, adequate. Plating eye-catching. Quality of ingredients above average. Cooking uneven. Wine list above average. Decor attractive, sophisticated. Music loud, mismatched to the ambiance. Four people $609 with a cocktail and bottle of low end wine. The tip off is the $18 bread offering. Sweet people but that $$$$ buys a much better experience elsewhere.

We had the best date night at Heirloom! We started with cocktails at the bar (highly recommend arriving early before your reservation to do this) and we were then seated at the chef’s counter for dinner. Food was excellent and service was fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!

We really didn’t have a good experience when we visited. I held out on writing a review but for what we paid for our meal and one drink I’m just confused. We have no problem with the prices but with this we expect good service. We were seated at the table closest to the door (it is what it is, someone has to sit there. . but it was cold). The waiter didn’t know the menu well and we asked two questions and for both he had to go back and ask. The steak portion was very small (this would be fine if we had a fine dining experience – we didn’t) and the mushroom barley was bland. We were left with the same silverware for very different courses and by the end of the two we were ready to go. I asked if we could just do the dessert to go because we were agitated. He said yes and we got home and realized we were given the wrong dessert. For over $250 I expected a different kind of service and we were super disappointed. I reached out to share with management and they basically said hope you have a better experience next time!
