I placed an order at 5pm and called back at 6pm. I was informed the pizza was delivered and it was not. They offered to send me another pizza, waited until 7pm and called again. The order was delivered again to the wrong address. I asked to verify the address on file and it was correct. The manager did not have the decency to talk to me on the phone or apologize. I just heard him the background offering to send another pizza. Worst customer service and management! Do not shop here! Pick any where else, I will be from now on!

This place is a hit or miss there some days the pizza comes out awesome and other days the pizza is so disgusting my dog won’t even touch it . I was ordering consistently , I used to love papa Johns ,but the quality has gone down the drain . I think I’m switch to Pizza Hut .

Ordered Jalapeno Popper Rolls and pizza. The order came with only the pizza and driver didn’t know English to explain. Wouldn’t leave until I paid in full so basically Papa John’s stole the cost of the Jalapeno rolls from me. Would never order from here again. Reading comments and this has happened to others.

I just ordered for first time from this store. My order was incorrect. I specifically order the Jalapeño Popper Rolls they sent a pizza instead. You will think ” ah better”. NO. I specifically order from Papa John’s so I can have these rolls. When I call to claim my order was wrong they said I can have some complimentary free next time I do any order. I told them I only ordered because that is what I wanted today, the answer was the same and the person on the phone hung up on me. Really bad customer service and no ethics. Never order from here again.
