The food was very tasty & delicious at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar. The decor is lovely and intimate with a few individual tables and a long community table for larger parties. I liked the wonton in tge soup, very tasty. Wish there was more than 3 won tons. The ramen itself was ok. I’ve had better ramen at other noodle houses, so that’s why I gave it a 4 star. The service was very good. It’s a small restaurant in the food court area at South Coast Plaza by Bloomingdale’s. I ordered the A5, Prawn Chicken Wonton Noodle Soup with a side of E1 Tofu Crispy Onion Oyster Sauce, E2 Briased Beancurd & E4 Chilled Cucumber. All the dishes had a nice flavor. Of all the side dishes, I liked the Tofu Crispy Onion with Oyster Sauce. It was soft with a nice crispy onion flavor that gave this dish a nice sweet crunch flavor. I would definitely come back to try the other dishes.

Food was good. I think my siblings hyped it too much. Great vegan options though. But I prefer to eat shrimp en masse. Not like 3 heads at a time. Highly recommend the eggs and the vegetable side dishes. Service was fast and friendly. About $120 for a group of 5.

Small cute place. Got seated quickly. Not that busy on a weekday. Went on a Monday to be exact. Went here with my cousins, 4 of us total. Once we got seated, we immediately start firing off orders. I got the A1 Original shrimp ramen with ramen noodles. I plan on going back and try the other noodles one day. The soup base was rich but not over powering. The texture and consistency of the both also was a plus. In the end I had an empty bowl. Great experience. Will be coming back, I recommend this to friends and family.

The waiting time was sooo long. Waited more than 20 minutes for the food to be ready. And the noodles sticked together when it’s served… Taste of the noodles was just fair. only taste like soy sauce, nothing else. Kind of disappointed

The decor is super cute and comfy. Food was solid. I loved the pork and shrimp broth! So good. The ramen was a bit over cooked for me, but that’s just preference. I highly recommend getting the spicy wantons, the tea egg and a side of the thigh meat fried chicken. All were sooo good!

As the restaurant says – it’s the best shrimp ramen. It truly is. The broth is rich and so flavorful. The shrimps are sweet and yummy. They have been running discounts on the weekdays. So check it out. Nearly every time I visit Bloomingdale’s at South Coast Plaza, I am there. Lines are so much shorter than Paradise Dynasty.

If you like shrimp, then this might be good for you. The shrimp flavor in the broth is not overpowering but it’s on the thicker side for my taste. The amount of noodles are very plentiful. I can’t finish it. The shrimp wontons are good though. But for some reasons, I can’t give higher than 2 stars. Not sure why I don’t see this to be a breakout new dish.
