Need more help on the counter. Ordered the new grilled cheese taco box, and it came crushed and had little shredded cheese on the side. I asked for no sour cream and add spicy Ranch in the beefy 5 layer, and the other one that came in the box, they both came with nothing. I also ordered chicken quesadia, and it barely had enough filling for 2 of the quarters.

I just left here now. They didn’t add our crunchy taco and nacho fries to the screen when we ordered. When we pulled up to the window, we asked the girl who had half taken our order. She said uhh and closed the window. Then a man opens the window and just asked us to pay. We asked about it again and he said “two crunchy tacos? I have them here” holding a new second bag. We said no,a crunchy taco and a nacho fry. He checked and said it was there so we took it. When we looked at the second bag, it was so cold and there were almost no fries. None fallen in the bag either. It looks like someone was eating out of this bag and they handed it to us. We don’t feel comfortable eating this and it ruined our dinner.

Service was fast and staff were friendly, but the food was less than what you’d expect from your typical Taco Bell. The cinnamon twists had almost no cinnamon on them, and my chalupa shell was weirdly hard.

Go anywhere else but here!!!! Save your peace, sanity, and time with all the wrong orders they are sending out. We went through the drive-thru and placed our order. When we get to the window, a younger lady opens the window and hands us our drink, and then we proceed to wait. A gentleman opens the window and asked if we were waiting for our Mexican pizza, I responded no sir we did not order a Mexican pizza and he closed the window. The manager then asks us to please pull around and come inside to get our order. I told him I wasn’t going to do that as we went through the drive thru for a reason and there was NO ONE behind us. The manager then asked me for my receipt so he could “remake our food” that we NEVER GOT. He stated we would now have to drive around and park because he had customers in the drive thru. All we were waiting on was our food. I then asked for them to just cancel our order and refund my card since they were having such difficulty making our meal (1 doritos Loco taco, 2 soft tacos, 1 beefy taco, and a burrito Supreme, with 2 orders of nacho fries). The young lady tells me to get a refund I would have to go inside because the manager is busy with other customers. When we pulled into the drive through there was 1 person ordering inside the building and we were the only one in the drive-thru. So I told them to go ahead and just make the order so I didn’t have to wait for the manager. I received the bag of food but was missing the burrito Supreme. I pulled around and walked inside where the young woman asked me what was wrong and I told her we were missing the burrito Supreme. She then walked to the back and told the manager and he YELLED through the restaurant “crunchy burrito is in the bag” to which I responded, “Sir the crunchy burrito is in the bag, we are still missing the Burrito Supreme”.

I had and order ahead, and placed an extre order when I came in. Had to ask for my order ahead twice and still didn’t get it. Both times I asked for mild sauce and was told my straws where in the bag, but i didn’t actually receive either until I asked again after receiving the order.

We have visited this location twice now and they still can’t get our orders right. Left out items and customizations the first time, then full on left out almost half our order this time. Had to go back in to get the rest of our order and they had an attitude with us. Only one person apologized for the mistake. Thankfully, after the first time, we learned to check the bag before driving back home, which is 30 minutes away from this location. Very disappointed in this place.

Went through last night, there was no line, we ordered and went right to the window. We ordered a diet Pepsi at the drive through menu and were rang up for a diet doctor pepper. We corrected them and said it was diet Pepsi. We get our food and drinks and they have us diet doctor pepper anyway. The 2 chalupas i got were so old and tough that my teeth could barely chew it. They also were completely flat and closed with barely anything in them and room temperature. The quesadilla, Cinnabon, and soft taco were as expected. We were on a road trip and didn’t have time to get it fixed, so we didn’t go back to have it corrected. Never stopping there again.

So Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite places to eat until I recently moved to Atoka. I have been there a handful of times and it’s like they don’t even care. My last trip I was literally the only person in the drive thru and I made my order and asked for no sour cream as always. I even heard the lady yell at the people in the back and tell them. Well yet again I get home and they put sour cream on everything and barely any on my chicken chalupa. The lady at the window did not even say a word to me while I was getting my food. The meat on the tacos looks like they added water or something to it. Needless to say I am done going to Atoka Taco Bell since they do not care about the customer service at all.

The ratio of food doesn’t add up. If I pay for extra I should at least feel like I’m receiving extra, the service on the nightshift is at most reasonable service!

I went to taco bell ordered 59 dollars of food tru the drive thru get home didn’t get half of it and the other half was cold so I called them and the manager at night told me to come up tomorrow and deal with it then then hung up on me so if customer service is what you want by all means don’t go to taco bell in atoka Oklahoma this was at 835 pm on 5/14/23
