I frequent this location for several reasons. They’re close, open late and most importantly the customer service service is always amazing. I’ve been going here for over a year. Lately their quality and accuracy has declined severely. The time before last I ordered an Oreo Blizzard plus cookie dough but when I got home there was no cookie dough. They charged me for it though. Yesterday I went again and asked them to make sure they remembered the cookie dough. They did, but I got 1/3 the amount I had months ago. Guess I’ll be going to the one by Anderson Mill moving forward.

Best DQ experience! Visited on Memorial Day around 3pm. Was welcomed by a friendly staff who made our order fresh and delicious. Building was very clean. Best part of the visit was the kind staff who went above and beyond on our order and experience.

Got chased out of the drive through space. One car was pulling out. No others anywhere and the guy was yelling at me from the window. I left, I don’t need DQ that bad. Called to share and got lots of excuses about how busy it is. I was the only pardon there. Going to HEB for blue bell.

If it’s been a while since you went to a Dairy Queen… It’s time to go back. This location is brand new. It’s super clean the people are very friendly and the food was really good! And they are now selling ice cream cakes in the store like Baskin Robbins used to do.

We showed up and they were quite busy. And because I had to wait a whole minute (Just to be clear, I did not complain at all) to get waited on, the manager comped our ice creams. What a testament of crazy good customer service!!!! Plus…this is the cleanest and friendliest DQ I’ve ever been too!!! Go Mayfield DQ!!!
