My son loves wingstop, so I frequent this location often. The food always tastes great and of course the ranch is amazing. When I go I always anticipate a wait if we don’t order ahead. The only issue is 9 times out of 10 my order may be missing something or I receive an incorrect item. I have never had a problem with the employees fixing the mistake. The young man who usually works the counter is always very pleasant and if there is a mistake he never hesitates to fix it. A small mistake won’t stop my family from coming here.

First time I went here. Given an incorrect, smaller, order that I should have checked while I waited but the bag was taped shut. Person taking the order could barely understand us but we eventually got the correct order to go though. Then their system crashed and we were stuck waiting for the manager, who didnt seem to care, to call the owner for guidance on fixing the situation. Thats why we had to wait and by the time we drove off, late to return to work, it was too late to have them fix the order.

First of all,I did a mobile order and it was ready for pick up,got there and was not ready. They started my order when I got there. Had to wait 15 more minutes. Good thing it was a small order. Second,the employees in the back were hearing inappropriate music. There was a new guy(I’m guessing he was new cause he was getting stomped on) and Manger was chewing him out. So bad managed and very rude employees..will never go back there again.

Put in phone order, after 20 minutes Iwent to pick it up,I was told they didn’t have an order for me, they were two young kids, no manager on-site (or so informed) , had to reorder again and wait for my order, they were t that great either, very dissatisfied.

Update: theyre way better since around 2023. Used to be 1.5 hour wait times after being told 30 min. That happened at least 5 times. After 3 years i tried it a few times and so far 4/4 times its been accurate time estimates and good food

Haven’t been here in a while but the crispy strips have gone WAY down hill. They used to be plump and juicy, now they are dark, hard, skinny and dry. The frys were soggy, I like mine crispy. The wings and ranch are good though. Just stay away from the strips…

Pretty bad customer service. I ordered online and got there 5 minutes early for my approximate ready time. Expected to wait a little since I was early. Sat there for 20 minutes and finally had enough. Turns out my order was sitting there ready. They didn’t even call my name. I was visibly upset but the worker just handed me my food without saying anything. They know they messed up but couldn’t even apologize. Workers don’t even have the common sense to see that there are ready orders and someone sitting there waiting. If you go there make sure they aren’t sitting their with their heads up their butts.
