First time visiting this new location was pleasantly surprised how clean and spacious the dining area was. The staff taking orders were very attentive and patient as we decided what items we wanted. I was very pleased to get our food out quickly and the order was correct. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the dining area was very warm and inviting. This is a very nice Arby’s and one that I hope to return to very soon.

The Roast Beef Super was perfect. The beef was hot while the lettuce and tomato were cool and there wasn’t too much sauce. The curly fries were also perfectly hot and fresh. It was such a pleasant experience I called the manager and told her!

The store closes at 10pm. At 9pm I ordered a milkshake via Doordash. The Dasher called and said they can’t do the milkshake. They’ve already taken the machine down for the night. That’s an hour before closing. And now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund from Doordash. This is not the only issue I’ve had with this Arby’s. I will be tracking down the franchise operator/owner

The last three times we have been for dinner we have waited almost 15+ minutes for our food in the drive through. It’s frustrating because you can hear the employees inside laughing very loudly and cutting up seems to be all teenage kids working at night. Our order has also been wrong the last times we have went as well. Seems like they need to retrain the night workers. Haven’t had much issues during lunch hrs.

Went inside, mechanic and I looking for some hard seats other than the truck seats to sit in. He sat across from me, due to both of our large behinds we could never have shared a side without boundary crossing thigh touching. But it seemed new, and they got everything I wanted perfectly. Never been more disappointed in this Arby’s…krinkle fries were old, cold and zero flavor. The crispy chicken sandwich, was very crispy! Too crispy. Cold and unable too eat. Will, the manager, was very understanding. I’ll try it again..
