Hungry Platters is a mixed Mediterranean quick serve restaurant recently purchased by Kristina and Tasos Kaiafas, owners of the Greek catering company Skewered, which they founded in 2019. Our motto is simply the Greek word Filoxenia, which means to make a stranger a friend. We are excited to share our favorite Greek foods with Collin County, so expect to see some exciting new items on the Hungry Platters menu soon! We’re excited to be a part of the Windsong Ranch community!

The food is amazing. The flavor is there! The portions are very generous. You will not leave hungry. They have satisfying platters and bowls with the ability to combine items and have a little taste of various things. The new owner is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!

This place is delicious! It’s under new management and much better than before. The food is incredible New management is wonderful. The food is made fresh and you can tell care is put into it. The price is very reasonable and portions are great. Absolutely love the Spanish eggplant and chicken. I keep coming back for more and it’s become a staple place for us.

First time trying Hungry Platters and I can say for certain that you will arrive hungry but leave stuffed to the gills. The food was delicious and fresh. The new owner was delightful and even brought a desert they are testing to our table for us to try. She also told us that they will be looking to add some more traditional greek items like steak and chicken kabab’s to the menu soon. Absolutely will be back for more, you should check it out!

Was in the area and was in the mood for Mediterranean food. Ordered the beef gyro and really liked it especially with the Turkish slaw. Owner was there and introduced herself and was very kind and accommodating. I will definitely come back when I’m in the area again

I Came here for lunch and you could tell they were very short staffed, however they got to me quickly as possible and were very polite. The food was fantastic the pita was amazing and the jalapeño feta sauce was absolutely superb. Priced right around 10-15 bucks for a single person but you definitely get a very hearty portion of food. I will absolutely return.

Been eating from here for a while but I’ve become sick of the increase in price and the downsize of portions. I think today is my final time. Literally all my sides were 1 tablespoon scoop size. The eggplant I had 1 little cube. The food itself is very delicious, but for the price the portions need to be much bigger. If you get a side of pita for your hummus, you have one spoon of hummus, don’t think your going to be dipping at all with that little

On lunch break and found Mediterranean near me. First time in and the staff was so helpful. Quick timing on making the falafel and although busy since lunch time. Handled the line with efficiency. Prices are reasonable. I wished my food was a little hotter but it’s buffet style. Pita and falafel was both hot, could’ve had potatoes a bit warmer, but it was all still good. Easy stop. Parking is plenty. Need fast food, just go here!

We live in a nearby neighborhood and we were excited to find this hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall less than a mile from our home. If you like Mediterranean, you won’t be disappointed.
