We ordered a chicken Caesar wrap today. The chicken didn’t even look or taste like chicken. Had purple spots on it and looked disgusting. The lettuce was brown and there wasn’t even any Caesar dressing on it. We called asking for a refund and was spoken to very rudely by the woman who answered the phone AND the manager/owner. Was told the chicken was fresh and the lettuce automatically turns brown. He refused a refund. Said that he’d make another one but can assure us it would be the same as the first. Awful customer service and I still don’t know what that meat was!

Friendly service, great pizza! The shop looks a little quaint but the food was out of this world. Loaded with toppings, served piping hot, and you can sub out the ingredients in their specially pizzas. Big selection, made to order on hand stretched dough. The guys working were cool with us hanging out at the park across the street while we waited. Definitely recommend!

So…it was a holiday (Easter 2022) and my husband nor I wanted to cook. They were open so we ordered take-out. I ordered a gyro and the husband got a meat lovers pizza. I tried to eat my Gyro and after 1/2 way thru, it tasted “off” so I decided to take a slice of hubby’s pizza…still did not taste right. How my husband did not get sick is beyond me because I ended up with the most horrible case of food poisoning! I will NEVER EVER EVER eat from Empire again. Besides the food throwing my whole digestive system into a situation DEFCON 1 the manager/cook is so rude on many different encounters at various stores.

Very good pizza with not too bad pricing. Delivery is great also. I had a large pizza delivered the day before yesterday from this beautiful woman that works there and she was so polite. She knows how to give customers some good conversation also. I hope to see her again sometime soon. Maybe I’ll Order another pizza to get that chance. Keep up the good work
