So their motto used to be “freaky fast”, it is apparently now, “Forever” because that’s how long it takes to get a sandwich in their drive through. Took almost 40 minutes to get two sandwiches this afternoon. We were in line behind 1 vehicle and two vehicles were behind us. If I could have backed out and left, I would have. The good of the situation is that at least when taking that much time to make two sandwiches they did get the order right. I’m not sure if its poor management, apathetic workers or what the case may be but I will probably never go back to this particular Jimmy Johns. I know my patronage may not be missed, but honestly its laughable how long this place takes to fill an order.

The experience I received was very distasteful. The over the phone presentation was horrible! I simply asked for the status of my order for my lunch break and a female representative was very rude and dismissive. The only reason I ordered from this company is because their representative came into my office with an outstanding presentation with a great personality however due to the rudeness I just received no thank you. I would suggest upper management to listen to the recording at this location @ 12:54pm on 08/02/2023

I generally enjoy Jimmy John’s. However this locations service has been so poor the three times I have come, I may never go to another Jimmy John’s again. If I could give you zero stars I would. They should invent a zero star rating for this locations absolutely abysmal service. I have been waiting for 30 minutes for a piece of bread with some deli meat on it…. I award you no points, and we are all now worse off for having experienced your service. DO NOT COME HERE.

I don’t know why I came here never a good experience.What happened was I gave general details about my sandwich to which the individual making it started getting snappy,it was made poorly. I had to step outside to make a call and I told them how to make it specifically and I get back to work it was mayonnaise globbed on it, excessive mustard and tomato was mushy. I will go to Jersey Mike’s or Publix. Location Hwy 278 Covington GA location!!

I asked for some things on my sandwich, which I did not receive. And I got things that I said not to put on. The guy who rang me up had gloves on that he used at the register and then went and made my food, same ones. I wouldn’t go back again, except I still have $ left on my giftcard, which would not be accepted by the online ordering. Not a great visit!

This store has no idea what hospitality really means. The ratings are 3.8 out of 5, meaning they are either loved or hated. That shows the inconsistency of customer service. That means on certain days they excel and others they fail. A lot of great companies go out of business because of a reputation of POUR SERVICE. Too bad my company and myself used to buy DRIVES OF subs to feed the teams. Hundreds of dollars. My last purchase was 287 for our teams. We will take it to firehouse

This store is not at all customer service friendly; my family visited place an order for 1 gigantic sub, 2 regular sub on arriving home we realized that we received 3 regular subs. We then phoned them to advise of this, the manager apologized was patient and understanding and noted that we can come pick up a sandwich when we can. A few days later we then called aand explained to the manager that answered that we were on our way and the manager then had us hold for a long time, came back and said she spoke with the GM WHO SAID THE SANDWICH CAN ONLY BE GIVEN WHEN HE/SHES THERE and that they had already left the store. It’s crazy that you can inconvience me and now I have to eat on your time. This is just pathetic!! When noting our annoyance the Manger then felt I was being rude and hung the phone on me.

Ordered a #12 online. The main thing on it is turkey. Got home and there was NO turkey on the sandwich, just lettuce and condiments. I went BACK with my naked sandwich and receipt. They made me a new one, but no apologies and no offers of compensation (just a gift card!?). Ridiculous.

I give this particular location a 5 star because hands down they literally lived uo to the Jimmy John’s saying……Freaky Fast. I hadn’t even finished paying and I was handed the sandwich I ordered. They sliced the meat and made the sandwich in seconds. Then, as expecting the bread was soft yet firm and the flavor was amazing. I recommend getting the ultimate porker with cucumber, tomato, oil and vinegar. This location surprisingly was not busy when I was the there but I am sure it would have still been just as amazing even if it had been. Great job guys, keep up the amazing work!
