Eat here often but likely will never return. Today, ordered for pickup then arrived and let them know we were there. Waited 40 minutes in store with dozens of orders placed after we arrived, let alone ordered, completed. Then when asking about what is taking so long our sandwiches were sitting there already prepared. No reason why they weren’t given to us when completed. Who appeared to be the manager was too busy literally picking her nose to deal with anything other than slamming the phone down.

I preordered a sandwich 4 hours prior to when it was supposed to be delivered and a coworker of mine got his 40 minutes before I got mine. Mine showed up 40 minutes late. When I called asking where it was (twice) I got a rude and super rushed response.

Well, what service had improved is now bad again. Orders repeatedly made wrong, in my case they are always putting onion on my sandwiches when I specifically order them without because I’M ALLERGIC! Done endangering my health since they can’t get this right no matter if it’s busy or slow. This location has lost my business forever.

They have forgot items on my order multiple times, last time I called and they said they would send someone out to bring the missing item. No one ever showed up and I never heard back from them. I tried contacting them again, they said someone would call me back. Once again, no followup. Regardless I like Jimmy John’s so I ordered again. There was a small, dead spider in my iced tea and they didn’t put ice. There was some other debris in there too. I won’t be ordering from this location again. The one on Monroe is good

Stopped in for a sandwich on my way to the hospital in town. The ladies that were working made one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. They also had amazing energy and really helped improve my day. Thank you so much for the ranch y’all!

Subs are really good my fav is the JJ Gargantuan of course you’re gonna pay for it but overall you’re gonna be satisfied they have a pretty wide selection of subs using decent meats The only thing they’re missing is a good steak sub
