When you sit down and it takes 25 minutes for the waitress to take your drink order and passes by your table and tells you that she will be right with you three times and never stops and to actually take your order. Looks like they don’t have enough servers. Shame on the Manager of this establishment, it’s not the servers fault there is not enough staff. Just took our order, let’s see how long before we get food. It is 1:24p, we sat down at 12:52p. We received our food at 1:45p. Just terrible service all the way around. My bacon chicken quesadillas has only one piece of chicken on each on, what a joke. Horrible food quality.

Triple dipper was amazing as always! My hubs forgot they don’t have blue cheese crumbles but he still decided on the big burger and he said it was delicious. Our loaded curly fries came out with only white queso so we did send it back and they put the rest of the fixings on them. I wasn’t impressed and would probably not get those again. Service was great in the lounge area. Bartender had quite a few patrons at the bar and several tables but she kept our drinks filled.

On the norm Chili’s is not my 1st choice or even an option. HOWEVER, Food was great! Well cooked and more than enough to have as left overs. When we plan another visit to the area. I will definitely be back…. Didn’t dine in. We did take out.

We ordered one appetizer and five meals over the phone and was told 15-20 minutes for curbside pick up. After driving 15 minutes to get there and waiting another 15 minutes outside, we went inside to grab our food and waited an hour for the food to be ready. That in its self was frustrating, then to get home and the fries were all stale, the one pictured was to be cheese fries but had just a few specks of petrified cheese, the salsa had a large piece of tomato in it and one order was missing the broccoli ordered for our two year old. The burgers, however, were delicious, hence the one and only star. I do not usually write reviews but this was the worst place we have eaten in a long time and not worth the almost $100 spent. Very disappointed.

Sooooo good! Messy and delicious! Waitress was friendly and accommodating, as we not only swapped tables because of the AC, but also a crabby child and a second tablet. No wait and it was all hot. She even mentioned being short handed and still took her time with us.

Super slow to get our food, but it was served hot and presented well. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive but spread thin. Prices have gone up, but that’s on par with other places we’ve been to. Food was average taste. My only real complaint was the little machine you pay with. It was absolutely filthy. My guess is that a child must have played with it while eating. GROSS.

Love me some Chili’s they have a new menu with an array of foods to pick from, along with my best gf & I had shopped until we were about to drop and knew we needed some nourishment to satisfy our hunger pains. So we could continue our shopping excursion. We both ordered from the pick 3 food items and got the south western egg rolls, boneless chicken, mini hamburger sliders. With 3 ranch dips southwestern,ranch, avocado. It was way to much to eat & we both took to go boxes home with us. Definitely will make the time to revisit soon from our busy schedules.

Went on a date with my boyfriend last night and it was our first time here. It only took about 10 minutes for our table to be ready and then we were seated. We ordered a beer and some margaritas as well as the bacon ranch quesadillas and my boyfriend got the barbecue chicken. It was all REALLY GOOD!!!! The quesadillas were delicious and the margaritas were very good, not too strong, but with just the right amount! AND, they were 2 for 1 which is always an added perk. I love restaurants that offer 2 for 1 drinks! The service wasn’t bad either. Our waiter was very nice. They seemed to be a little overwhelmed, but I understand they just opened and have little things to work out. All in all most of the waiters and waitresses and other employees were handling it well! We were in there for an hour and a half I believe. It was a good night. I will definitely be back!!
