This place is all about personal service they go out of their way to make sure you get what you want, I can tell you that many dishes are cooked to perfection I just haven’t tried them all but the ones I’ve had oh boy are they good. The bottom line is even if they were a fraction shy of perfect they’re going to go ahead and give you every request you want so it’s really you that could be at fault not them.
