Every single time I have to pick up an order it’s the worst experience. Even when I’m the only person there (inside or drive thru) they take FOREVER! Walked inside today took 5 minutes to get someone to finally come to the counter. No greeting no nothing. Told me the order was being bagged just to comeback 5 minutes later to tell me they hadn’t started one of the items and it would be another 15 minute wait. FOH what a waste of time!!!!!

I got some tenders here and mashed taters to compare my meal to the likewise from Popeye’s chicken. Popeye’s stands as the undeniable victor. My chicken at KFC was tough and almost plastic-like. The mashed potatoes looked like they came out of an ice cream scoop and obviously made from powdered dehydrated potatoes. The gravy was very meh. Just go across the street to Popeye’s and pay the extra few bucks for better food. Also, the girl at KFC got my order wrong twice, but I got some free fries out of it that I didn’t bother eating either.

Perry good location. Can get very busy when city college is in session. However, the drive thru moves pretty fast. Inside is clean, staff always greets you. Pepsi products on tap, with Lipton tea. Try the grilled chicken.

Excellent service! The prices are just perfecto for my student budget Of course KFC’s my fave since forever, but this particular chain is so nice to hang around at. And the decors are so nostalgic throwback stuff. The lamp overhead is just so quaint and cool.

While leaving this place I was never offered my receipt. When I got home I noticed the guy did not even close my lids so there’s a mess in the bag. But that’s typical of KFC. But to get home and see I’m missing half my order was upsetting. I called and asked for a manger who then wouldn’t give me her name. Then to boot she tells me without a receipt she won’t be doing anything about this. After explaining my experience again to her she hung up on me. Please just save yourself time and money since the staff here is undertrained and lack common communication. I’m tempted to just call corporate for hanging up on me. Least you could have did was show some sympathy for your staff making a mistake.
