Happy and friendly staff. Drive through window was about 3 feet from window making it hard to reach for the food or hand them money to pay for it. French fries could tell were burnt and have been cooked in old grease, and no napkins in the bag.

Everything was top notch this morning. It was so good, I came back for lunch. Clean, attentive and freshly made to my specifications. The Super Sausage Biscuit was perfect, the crispy crowns were hot and fresh, even the soft drink’s ratio of syrup to fizz was spot on. Good job everyone!

The food there is great on most days. We had the best pork chop and gravy biscuits we ever had there. Like all fast food, some days are great and some days you wish you had gone somewhere else. Clean and not too busy. easy to get to and get out from.

I just left this location not even an hour ago and I am highly upset! I ordered a breakfast burrito. First they tell me that they don’t have the loaded burrito that the website even advertises. They have bacon only. Then I pay $3.50 to receive a cold tasteless half wrapped burrito. The bacon, egg, shredded cheese and tortilla…all cold! The cheese isn’t even melted because it’s not prepared properly. I can’t believe that they had the audacity to give this to a paying customer because I know not one of them in there would eat their own food like what they had the nerves to hand me out that drive thru window. Very upset. This is unacceptable! And I have already been on Hardee’s website and left feedback prior to leaving this review. This is not okay! First and last time at this location! So I don’t need to be responded back with a reply on my review with a website requesting me to provide more information because I’ve already completed that. But I would like a refund because the burrito was not even edible. I dare not go back there to speak with the manager because they obviously have not changed anything after seeing the last reviews that have photos and had issues with their order!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Waited 3 minutes to even be acknowledged ( when 2 workers looked right at my husband) waited for 15 minutes for our food to come out .. the only person in there . Then another woman came in , waited 3 minutes for even being acknowledged and then another few minutes to get waited on.. 3 more people came in and they waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. 1 gentleman walked out because he was never acknowledged or anything.. he was standing right next to the couple ordering, when the employee turned around and did her thing.. there were at least 8 people in the kitchen area at the time. But girls at counter were to busy ignoring customers.

The counter person “Alvin” according to the receipt acted like they didn’t want to be there. Very surly attitude. Food was fine, tasted fresh. Dining room needed attention, no napkins in the dispenser.
