Plucked used to be great, but I’ve had a pretty bad experience the last few times I’ve been here. Twice in a row now, I ordered loaded fries and got soggy fries with no chicken, no veggies. I called and left a message for the manager and got zero response. Made me disappointed enough to leave a bad review.

Lot of good things to say about this place. For starters, they have rather interesting spins on the original fried chicken sandwich, and it actually turned out to be enjoyable and tasty. The buffalo fries were very good but a bit pricey. The salad was enjoyable and the Rooster was very good. The only issue I had was the spicy sandwich was a bit too overwhelming with spice but other than that it was a great place to eat.

This place was a Google local suggestion and we were not disappointed! The chicken is awesome, and the beer offerings are excellent! Menu variety is very good, lots of things you won’t typically find elsewhere. Food is fresh, hot, tasty and generous in portion. Outdoor seating if you desire, albeit in the middle of a shopping center for ambiance. Self-serve draft beer, which is fun once you get the hang of how it works. Your tap card has the instructions, so practice your bartending skills! We’re very happy with the place and will be back soon. Well worth the 25 minute drive!

Needed a snack two hours before meeting family for dinner. Ordered the Tweety Bird Sandwich (Meal) with Waffle Fries and a Soda to share with my spouse. Just shy of $20 including 18% tip.

Been here several times. The quality is mostly consistent. Tried their new sandwich: The Angry Chick. Angry because it’s got lots of spicy stuff such as the angry sauce, kimchi slaw, pickled jalapeño. It almost gave me a heartburn right there reading the ingredients. I had to ask the cashier if it was really spicy, he said it was a bit spicy and quite sweet. I’d agree with that description. It wasn’t that spicy and I didn’t have a heartburn that night =P

Got the Nashville tender, hot as pluck. Yea they are spicy but not in a good way it’s a dry/powdery type of spicy. Couldn’t even finish one tender because of the odd powdery taste. The kimchi fries are really good though.

Wow! Great chicken sandwich!! I got the Naughty Nash. The chicken was perfect nice bite not dry not rubbery it was tender and juicy. The home made pickles are amazing…and while amazing is on the table their glazed apple hand pies are yummy such flaky crust… but the crust tastes like a glazed donut!!! All in all great food the customer service was outstanding too

Very inconsistent levels of quality. I had a chicken sandwich here a few months ago, and it was good. This time, I ordered the Nashville tenders. They were dry, bland, and quite small for the price.

My first time here and so I had the Basic Chick, a chicken sandwich with their sauce and a pickle and it was really good especially the sauce. A little spicy but not much. I would definitely have it again. The waffle fries were excellent! Waffle fries are prone to being soft and mushy but these were not, crisp and well seasoned. Can’t wait to try more!
