Fave dunkin!!! My friends and I always come to this location even though there are a few by our school. The turtle signature latte is absolutely amazing! Our orders are always ready quickly and the guys always make it right (with oat milk, light ice etc substitutions). Idk why there are a few bad reviews but we come here often and have never had a problem

This dunkin is by far one of the best ones I’ve been to! The service is fast, the food they make are always great, and the customer service is excellent. Would definitely recommend coming to this dunkin’ if you’re in the area. They always get my drinks just the way I like it, and most dunkins I’ve been to always end up messing something up, so props to the staff for always making the drinks perfect!

Every time I order from this specific Dunkin the coffee taste horrible. I know it’s not just my order because anytime I happen to be at another Dunkin it’s great. There used to be a really creepy guy at the drive thru window who would hit on me which was disgusting and made me never want to come back. I hope he’s since corrected himself. Luckily I haven’t seen him. Please just better the coffee.

I’m honestly not one to leave bad reviews, but 3rd time in a row here I asked for light ice and they won’t do it. Literally filled it completely full, it almost feels like they do it out of spite that I asked. Check the photos lol you can see I’m not crazy. There’s a Starbucks a block away so I won’t be coming back here.

Bad practices. I asked for a dozen donuts to take to work and asked to be separate on two boxes. I had always done it this way, but I had never stopped on this DD. Well they told me the will have to charge me like two separate half dozen just because the $0.15 cents box. Our team seats on different rooms so I paid the extra $4 dollars. For sure not stopping there ever again.

None of the workers are wearing hair or beard nets and many have large beards. On top of that they never clean anything, so 90% of the time you get undrinkable garbage. They need to close this one down and try again with better workers or managers. Sad we have to drive past this now when we want a morning coffee

Drove up there around 6:30 after seeing a banned that advertised they were open 24 hours. Not to mention there was a sign in the window indicating they were open. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was nobody there and nobody answered the speaker. It is really frustrating because all the signs say they are open but they never are. This is the 3rd time I have come here to have them closed. If you advertise 24 hour business hours you better be open. Not to mention a neon sign in the window saying they are open. I will be reaching out to corporate and the manager.

I just moved across the street so I went inside to see how it was. I was the only one in there standing at the cash register. The guy walks by saying hi how can I help you so I start to talk and he points at his headset and says sorry I’ll be right with you. So he knew I was there. After waiting 10 more minutes for service, I walked out. Sorry you failed the first impression test, and lost what could have been a regular who lives right next door. Leave it to Dunkin’ Donuts to give the area a bad rep!
