First time here. About 5:30 on 4/25/23. Seat yourself, then when you’re ready, you get up and go back to the front and place your order. Then you pay, before your meal or anything! They don’t tell you on advance but they charge 10% for an inflation adjustment! Plus another 3.75% for CC use! Drinks are self service. When food done, someone brings it to you. That is the extent of the service! I tipped 10% but with the extra charges my bill was still about 24% more than the food. Upside was the food was excellent. Veal Parmesan, salad and garlic knots.

DO NOT order takeout from here. This is not the first time we have had issues.They will tell you an hour only to find out on arrival that they gave someone else our order. We had to sit and wait almost 40 minutes for them to remake our order. They didn’t offer us any compensation for the inconvenience. To top it off we got home and the garlic knots were raw in the middle. I wasn’t looking for a free meal but when I spent $50 on 2 dinners, and then had to wait over 90 minutes for my food the least you could do is offer 10% off my order for YOUR MISTAKE. Usually the food is good but the customer service is poor. Tonight was the third and last time we will have an issue at this establishment. We won’t be back.

Every meal I’ve had here, whether dine in or take out, has been so fantastic! The sauces are amazing, so it’s not easy choosing which one to have. The large portions ensure that no one goes away hungry. If you haven’t tried the food here, DO IT. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I wouldn’t go back there if I had a free gift card. Help is unfriendly. My vodka sauce linguini was the worst ever. Two meals were more than fifty dollars. It’s a sit down restaurant, but you have to stand in front of the only entrance- blocking people from entering or exiting to place your order and pay. You have ti get your own drinks and the cook brings your food. And the cashier expects a tip. Crazy way to run an Italian restaurant. We will not return.

Well, I ordered a specialty pizza which I thought was going to be $20. It said you can pick your own toppings five toppings get charge for three toppings. It came out to be $48! The nice girl at the register said she apologized. She thought it looked weird. Let me go get my manager. The manager came over and said it’s because of the toppings you got on that pizza. She stared at me for about 10 seconds and said that’s the price And gave me a big smile .

Awesome food that is reasonably priced! We tried a number of dishes, and they all were great. Loved the garlic knots with cheese and Ge Ge rolls with sausage and peppers. Definately recommend stopping here – it is set back off the main road – look for the Italian colored awning.
