Second time they have told me they are out of roast beef??? Come on I said, this is Arby’s, that’s what you are know for. The employee then told me that the owners instruct them not to sell roast beef after a certain time in order to save it for the day sales. Really?? Need to order more roast beef to have on hand if you ask me.

My boyfriend and I have gone several times after work anywhere from 11pm – 12am, But every single time we drive up to order we are told they are closed for “shift change” we offered to wait, thinking how long could this take? WELL!, We waited over a half an hour! By that point no one even came to inform you of what was happening? … I’ve done a shift change many times, never took more than 15 min. Tops!….Is it “Shift Change” or Closed for the night???

Just stopped in to grab a bite on the way home and was told they were not taking any orders for the next 30 minutes due to shift change. At 10:40 pm why does it take a store that much time to do that. Just seems like the staff doesnt want to work. Dont waste your time going here.

Service was bantha fodder, was told it would take 30 min for a shift change. Its a road stop we need to be in and out not sit around for so long that a stormtrooper could hit the side of a bantha. Please have a more fluid squedual so that 1-2 pepole leave After the replacements show up.

Went through the drive through and was told we aren’t taking orders at this time when I asked why they weren’t taking orders and explained it was well before closing time. The lady yelled through the intercom “because we just aren’t that’s why! You don’t need to know and just go somewhere else!!!!! I responded with ok Karen and was told that wasn’t her name. So it’s a roll of the dice when choosing this dining establishment.
