We got the McDonald’s $13 bundle. Not sure why the cheeseburgers don’t come with anything but the patty and cheese so be aware of that when ordering it. I struggle to understand why a burger is so hard to make. There wasn’t any sauce on it. Just cheese, patty, and bun. It was the most sad and pitiful sandwich I have ever seen and wasn’t even made so it was all together. Half my patty was off the bun but the cheese was in line with the bun. Figure that out. They also forgot our kids meal and had to get that made. I will say they were quick on getting that fixed so at least there was that.

Being on the team of this McDonald’s is quite the experience and not a good one. While the people I work with are nice and communicate properly there seems to be a wall of understanding when it comes to “Other people order out food so we should do a good job”. The line of people that used to be in the store dissolved shortly after I arrived and being short-staffed really took its toll on this location.

The girl at the window was rude and sat my food outside of the window and slammed it while I was fixing their mistake which was my fries being upside down in the bag. I took my food she sat down and seen I was missing a fry so I honked my horn, the girl again was rude. I told her I was missing a fry and also told her how I didn’t like how she put my food outside the window, she yelled that she didn’t like how I sat there and did nothing? I went inside to speak to the manager. Explained it all just for her to look at me and say “so all you need is a fry?” By then I realized this behavior begins with the management sadly. I gave them a piece of my mind and left with my food to see how poorly their sandwiches are made with no care. Definitely disgusted in the people and the service.

Sat in my car with hungry grandbabies… and watched as the outside lane kept getting their order taken and we waited. Told the girl at the window she said she would tell the manager. No apology. Food as always hot and tasty, just real disappointment on the service.

10/14/2021 Update: I decided to come back and when doing so noticed no improvements in their lack of ability to clean their restaurant, as indicated by the photos I presented. It makes it hard to eat here for those reasons. So I lowered their rating.

Went for breakfast and the doors was closed. It was 830 am. The line was all the way to the road. Only one lane open. The Frys are always cold everytime the time I order. Roosevelt Mc Donalds Need some attention.

One of the managers started yelling when customers came to ask questions, she was screaming and telling customers to never come back while unprovoked. The manager said “I will treat the customers however i want, and I’ll do as I please!” There was one customer over charged one and service was super slow, fries weren’t fresh and semi cold, hot-n-spicy wasn’t made correctly nor was it warm, all burgers were room temperature and gross, chicken nuggets prepared the same way. All sodas were warm and flat, the ice melted within minutes of being in the drink. Overall manager was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service.

Never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life. Gross, no washing hands, treating customers like trash, dirty store, talking on phones then touching people’s food…. YUCK YUCK YUCKY experience. Tried it again when it wasn’t the night crew, same experience. I will never eat here
