Wow! We visited De Noche a few months ago and loved it but we went last night and it totally blew us away! Highly recommend doing the whole menu option. They are very accommodating to all dietary restrictions which is so appreciated. The flavors of every single dish were incredible. Every plate with beautiful seasonal ingredients, unique flavors, creative combinations and beautiful presentation. The service is top notch—everyone made us feel so welcome and we felt as though they were genuinely happy we were there. Chef Dani told us she perfected her corn flan during Covid and we all agreed that it was the best flan we have ever had. I will dream about it! De Noche (along with every Republica and Co. restaurant) has taken Portland’s already amazing food scene to a whole new level. I can’t say enough about how thrilled we are to have these restaurants in Portland. Book a reservation now!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Small menu, with every item I ordered executed perfectly. Excellent balance of flavors and textures. Gorgeous to look at, but at the end of the day what truly matters is taste and this place served me winner’s every time. I will be coming back for sure. You need to try this place out at least once. You won’t regret it.

One of the best dining experiences of my life. The staff was so courteous, explaining about the menu and every dish (including the alcohol) they would serve. And since we were celebrating my Dad’s birthday, then even gave him a bag of coffee beans as a gift. I felt like giving them a hug when I was leaving, because it was as if they were a part of the dinner (in a great non-invasive way). I would absolutely come back and would recommend everyone who goes to take the tasting menu (but pace yourself on the first 2 dishes—the tortillas and salsas with frijoles—because you most definitely want to have room for dessert). Everything was 5 stars.

Don’t sleep on De Noche at La Fondita. The mole was awesome and we ate some with 3 Oaxacans who are pretty picky. The chefs and service staff were very helpful picking out drinks and dishes. The space has a great vibe, almost felt like a lounge. I can’t wait to order the other things on the menu.

Saw De Noche offered an option to ‘Eat the Entire Menu’ on social media. My wife and I went and tried the menu. It was absolutely fantastic! Before each course, the chef explained what the dish was. Throughout the entire experience it seemed like food just kept coming from the kitchen, so come hungry. I would highly recommend this experience!

Really fun and great experience here. We did the full tasting menu and the food was delicious. The presentation was fantastic and the whole menu was really cohesive. It’s a bit spendy but well worth it.

Went there (Comala) with my husband for drinks and just a bite. We liked the drinks, they had a good flavor. We only ordered salsa and beans with tostadas because we weren’t very hungry, the beans needed a lot of flavor and only one of the 3 salsas was good. I mean for $12 bucks I was expecting very good frijoles, being Mexicans we were disappointed.

Do the full menu tasting. Get the cocktails. This place will not disappoint. We didn’t have a plate that we didn’t love. All of the staff is super friendly and described all of the intricacies of the dish. We have reservations for Republica (De Noche’s mother restaurant) next month and can’t wait.
