As other reviewers have stated here the pizza we ordered was soggy and doughy. Definitely a food safety hazard. I ordered this for my mother who really wanted pizza from a well established franchise. Beyond disappointing. Worse yet, I spoke with Jose on the phone and he said “it was hard to believe” it wasn’t cooked after blaming Doordash. Calling your customer a liar is a poor business practice. Further more, when escalating the concern to the lead on duty, Alex, she hung up on me. Terrible to see from Pizza Hutt and the company has lost my business going forward. Attached are my photos of the product we ordered (for $30 mind you), and after is the same product recooked.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- ordered pizza online, never delivered. called they told me it left 25 minutes ago. waited 10 more minutes ( we literally live 5 minutes away) called back they said it still hasnt been made or left the store because only 1 driver. How about calling the customer and tletting them know , we could have picked it up. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ! DONT ORDER FROM HERE> go elsewhere there are plenty of pizza places that deserve and actually want your business’. PATHETIC display of customer service. what a shame

Management you need to teach your employees how to properly do there job. I sat on hold for 20 mins because your employees couldn’t figure out how to do proper deductions. Your employees tried to over charging me 3 times. This was this last time.

Fast and friendly service. The new melts are amazing. However unfortunately like usual the pizza I ordered was not made to order. If I ask for/order extra sauce then I want my extra sauce… No more no less. I want a pizza to be more than cheese, bread and meat it’s got to have sauce! One of my best pizzas I can recall having in my life was from pizza hut and it was amazing the perfect blend of cheese, meat AND sauce… I can’t recall if I was charged for adding extra sauce but I sure as heck didn’t receive it. I get it, Pizza Hut is a big company, take a familiar product, people buy it and then you figure out how to make the most from that product cutting down on cost, increasing price, getting”Maximum revenue from your product,” so on and so forth. But unfortunately Pizza Hut if you’re not going to put my sauce on my pizza, I’ll go to someone like blackjack that does for the most part make my pizza to order the way I want it.

Super easy online ordering. I got text notification of delivery status which is greatly appreciated. Our pizza was hot, fresh and CORRECT! Delivery person was friendly and attentive. We don’t order difficult customized pizzas so our experience was perfect. If we want pizza that’s highly customized we make it at home. thank you to the staff at this little neighborhood Pizza Hut for making our busy Friday night a little easier

Not even 1 star. Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Specialty Pizza without onions. Got onions, and lots of them. They were even kind enough to throw in pepperoncini or banana peppers, what ever they had available. Regardless, was not ordered. Glad that they get $18/hour to ruin my $50 delivery order. Tried calling, was told to hold for a manager. Apparently no manager was available to talk since I hung up after 10 minutes. Well played Pizza Hut, well played indeed. Sticking with Marco’s
