Today’s pizzas we ordered, my husband’s didn’t have the extra marinara sauce and wasn’t hot, then mine was suppose to be bacon and pineapple which there was no pineapple and no bacon but had chicken… I hate chicken… and pizza was cold. My husband said it was only one girl working. But no excuse for totally getting order wrong. The least she could of done was tell us they were out and if it was ok for chicken instead of making the decision for me. Usually this shop does a good job but today I was highly disappointed.

Made up for yesterday putting black ⚫️ instead of hamburger . I am an Election Judge ⚖️ for Dallas County & ordered pizza for my clerks & myself. I went back this afternoon & got a full refund for the mistake. I was a driver for Domino’s 25 years ago. I communicated with the founder Pete Monahans on how my store in Grand Prairie, TX. was doing.

The younger guys were nice but I believe his name was javi was rude since the moment I walked in, and when I was paying for my order I asked the guy ringing me up for cheese and he(javi) shouted we quit serving that 8years ago. A simple no would have done seems like he was just irritated the whole time

This dominos is horrible. Placed an order that was set to be delivered within 30 mins. It has now been 1 hour and 30 mins and we still haven’t received or pizzas. We called the store and even spoke to the manager and we’re told that they only had one driver which I understand but the fact that they wouldn’t compensate us even a little is upsetting. The manager Christina I believe was her name was no help at all and didn’t show any type of care about the situation. Needless to say we’re not ordering from here anymore and I’d suggest whoever is reading this that they take there money somewhere else.

This location Sucks. Another repeat issue with an order. I can take long delivery but not half done orders. I ordered parmesan bites that were literally dripping butter and greasy. Order 5 cheese dip that was like liquid. Not done and cheese not melted. Pizza was so so. Called the store to ask for manager and an employee had the nerve to say she’s busy. EXCUSE me. I asked for a manager. So now the manager had employees screening calls for them. I stayed on hold 30min before I hung up. Pathetic!!

App said pizza was ready. Once we got here, had to wait 7 min for a customer in line whose order was wrong. Next I had to sit and wait while my pizza is done. It’s been 5 minutes.. considering it takes 7 min max to cook a pizza , I’m guessing they gave it away.. next I get it … quick can anyone guess which one is the pan pizza (that’s an extra charge btw)? Guess tonight wasn’t my night…
