Overall, the atmosphere was excellent here. We went on a Sunday at 11:30 am. We were seated right away by a very friendly host. The waitress arrived quickly with water. Our drinks took about 5 minutes to arrive and our food arrived quickly after that. The restaurant crowd built quickly. There were 2 servers and the host so it seemed a bit busy for them. Our food arrived and was plated nicely. The temperature was warm, but not hot. The flavors were very good. The chicken was cooked well, but the veggies were under done, but I can look past the crunchy onions, carrots, a green peppers.

I haven’t been to a Chinese restaurant in Richmond in years and I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. Arrived for a birthday lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. For drinks we ordered the Zombies a pretty good mix of Sweet & Strong. For my Entree I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein with Hot and Sour soup. It was really good and nice portion sizes I’ll definitely be recommending to others

Crab Rangoon was almost exclusively cream cheese inside, not even remotely crispy, the fried rice was very bland and dry. Szechuan chicken was okay at best. Overall I’d say do yourself a favor and go to the pho restaurant directly next door it is significantly better. Worth mentioning that this is the first review I’ve EVER done and it’s because the food was so mid, it wasn’t even mid actually it just kinda was disappointing over all and I didn’t even pay for it. Great ambiance inside with calm music. The foods are delicious. I love their on-the-house fried rice. The waiter is very good. The manager is very kind. He visited us before leaving. One of the best Chinese restaurant in Henrico. Menus are a bit pricey but fair enough.
