I did an online order and it said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I came to pick up my pizza and was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. That 2 minutes was actually 25 more minutes! Not sure if they forgot my order or gave my pizza away. The person who said my pizza would be ready in 2 minutes disappeared from the front counter and never came back so I never got to ask what happened to my order. Pizza was good but it’s not worth the extra wait time.

This is my go-to pizza place, but they really failed on the last order. I placed an order with the estimated delivery time of 45 minutes, which ended up being close to 2 hours. Please fix your website to give more accurate estimate instead of saying there is nothing you can do to fix the situation. Ridiculous for this place to charge customers $7 for delivery when they deliver cold pizza. Never ordering from this place again!

This place has the best all you can eat pizza buffet in the area. The hours for the buffet are Monday to Friday from 11 am to 2 pm and Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm. They bring a nice variety of pizzas they also have a salad bar.

The only reason i am placing this review is because windy city in san mateo had the best deep dish pizza closed forever, just found out today. Placing the order was easy and that was all. Pizza not cooked, person giving us our order did not give us our ranch. Could not even eat our food was not even cooked. Should have closed this place instead of windy city closing. Disappointed 2x in one day. That’s that BS.
