I’m a really picky eater, so giving 5 stars for food means it’s delicious!! Their combo with 5 items, plus beef broccoli and moo shu pork were all fabulous. The flavors were distinct and ingredients were fresh. This place is my new favorite Chinese restaurant in Salem.

Always a good time when i go to Canton. The owner is frequently checking to make sure everybody’s happy. But you better be respectful because if you’re not you will be asked to leave. I’ve seen it happen on numerous occasions. But if you’re good people, then please check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

The food is good. People sleeping in the booths in the lounge (the only place open to eat as the restaurant part is still closed) whether they worked all night or not, isn’t appropriate. Put them in a back room, or send them home. But, I was pretty sure there are OLCC rules against sleeping in bars in Oregon. But, the food is good

Everything was so yummy. The service was friendly and fast. We are definitely going back soon. The 3 dishes we got we’re beyond good and there was so much food. We tried their Pineapple Chicken Chow Yuk, Pepper Beef and my husband got Sweet and sour half chicken and half pork!!!

I was here with a group and I get that slows services. However bring one of the first to order and the LAST to get my food. It was cold soggy and gross. This was DISGUSTING. Even a refill on soda took 20 mins. Realistically 20 mins to order drink and get it. 2 refills at 29 mins each. That’s 1 hour on it with NO food as well as NO beverage. It’s a fountain soda. How hard is that to get. I’m less then 10 feet from the soda machine.
