Probably the worst Chipotle I have ever dealt with, tonight I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak and received a shredded beef bowl and they didn’t want to refund!!! Another time I ordered and they put spicy salsa on my order twice when it was suppose to have been on the side. The excuse for the mess ups were they are super busy , I don’t think that’s a good excuse when I’m wasting my money to help support this location. I will NO longer order Chipotle I will take my hard earn money to another company.

Last night, I created an account and placed my first order. I ordered large chips and queso, a quesadilla and 3 tacos. Upon arriving, I was informed that they were out of chips (they were able to give me the queso, but not the chips) and because I had prepaid online for my food, they were unable to issue me a refund. I was directed to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE for my refund. It was mildly annoying to have to call a 1-800 number to get my money back ($8 for chips and queso!).

This is probably the worst chipotle location in the state. The staff is rude and apparently they’re unable to prepare for the volume of customers they have on a daily basis. Every. Single. Time. I go to this location they’re “out” of certain meats or other ingredients. How do you run out of tortillas at a Mexican restaurant? I love Chipotle, I order it 1-2 times a week and I’ve been burned by this location many, many times. I’ll usually go 10+ miles out of my way to avoid this store. And a few times I’ve stupidly thought “Maybe last time was just a bad day, I’ll give this store another shot!” And have regretted it every time. I can count the number of times on both hands that I’ve waited in line for a few minutes just to get to the front of they line and be told “We’re out of “X” and “Y” ingredient, and then turn around and drive 15 miles to the Alliance OH location where they USUALLY get my order right. This food isn’t cheap, so I HIGHLY recommend that if you crave a chipotle burrito or bowl, you go to the Alliance or Market Ave locations and spend your hard earned money there. This store is too inconsistent. Stay away at all costs.

I don’t understand why they would stay open if they’re always out of all the food.Every single time I go it’ll be 8 o’clock or earlier and they always say they are out of everything and all the customers are walking out because if half the meats and toppings are unavailable who wants it. Says they are open until 10 but I don’t see why. I even asked what time do you close and he said I have no idea. Take my word of advice and go to another location.

My husband stopped here on his way home to pick up dinner. He ordered us a chicken bowl and a chicken burrito. Neither ofthem had meat on them! We love about 15 mins away but I decided it was worth it to drive back. The girls at the front were very apologetic. One of them said she needed to ask the manager what to do which was fine. I had asked for new meals. The manager was on a phone call and seemed annoyed that she was being bothered. Her suggestion was to give us some chicken. By the time I would’ve gotten home to eat my food would’ve been almost an hour old. The girls asked the manager of they could make me new meals after I requested it. She came out super annoyed, wouldn’t even look at me and just waived her hand in the air and said “whatever”! I got our food and went home to eat out but I’ll never return to this Chipotle!
